So I don't know if there's text when a super slug gets used, but I don't care. Here's the story:

When a super slug gets "used," you're actually releasing it and collecting a bit of its slime trail. It's just some slime going in the potion, and the slug is unharmed.

I am delightedly amused that some people have trouble imagining the death of an imaginary slug. I love that.

For the record, the only text at least in one of them is "You carefully blend an 'Ultimate Tanking' Boosting Oil."

I think what happens is that you apply the slug to the outside of the bottle to polarize it like a magnet. But, the reason it gets used up is that it gets bored and wanders away.

I'm keeping the first slug I found as a pet~
