So over my rpr travels I've found some players add a voice clip (usually one from a celebrity) I was curious as to where everyone finds these. My newest character has a very distinct way of speaking (she sounds like a female version of Tommy Chong), and I figured is add a clip if I could find one.

Usually people look on Youtube for clips from movies or shows where the celebrity or person is speaking. They then link to the video or embed it into their profile. You can also Google for "<celebrity name> soundclip". It usually spits out results with soundboards and the likes that you can link to.
Other ways are a bit more advanced, in that people take the samples from videos themselves and edit them in sound editing software to save and upload to places like SoundCloud. But chances are that's not a possibility for you guys.
