I notice you've associated status effects with monster color, but it actually depends on monster type! Scorpions can inflict poison without regard to color, the sword bots inflict bleed, and minotaur inflict blight. Color only tells you how strong of their own kind they are and what weapon is advised.

Sword bots:

These monsters cause bleed damage

Cure: None - it takes 3 turns to wear off

Minotaurs

These monsters cause blight damage

Cure: you will need healing items (medicinal plant or stimpspray) or wait 4 hours

Scorpions:

These monsters cause poison damage

Cure: you will need healing items (medicinal plant or stimpspray) or wait 4 hours
