Just a quick, y'know, Kudos to anyone who can and do make templates using the CSS. I didn't realise how hard it was until I tried today and took 10 minutes to figure out how to add an image in (while using RPR's guides and many googles.)
...So thats it. Just kudos to all of ya. I'll never understand
Back to looking for an appropriate template for my character...

I feel this big time. I was so proud when I made a crafting and inventory system on Furcadia (like, really proud) but I'm clueless about web design. Different languages are intimidating and after looking over the absolute jibberish that is CSS, I came to appreciate the simplistic language that Furcadia uses soooo much more.
I realize this will make me sound like a complete airhead, but I always wondered why code languages aren't simple like:
Make the background (this) color or (this) image.
Make a square in the middle that is (this) color with (this) level of opacity.
Put a text field in the square that uses (this) font and (this) color.
Like, I know there's more that goes into it than that but I'm still curious how code languages came to be the way they are.

I know! It would be so much easier if it were like that... Oh how I would wish it was like that. And because it's not I can't make a template for my character.
