Mai hated having to move to a new town and new home because she was doing because of two reasons.
1. Wear she worked had been closed down
2. The Witch Clan was making her do it.
She sighed as she off loaded the last box of her stuff. The movers had already put all the furniture in place, so they went ahead and left after she paid them and got the last of her stuff. She sighed again and put the last box in her house. It felt empty and lacked the touch of life and love in it, but she was use to that now. She set the last box down and collapsed on the couch.

Megan revved her motorcycle and roared down the street. She had heard from he council that there was a new witch on the street. This is a good way to find them. she smiled to herself and turned around at the end of he street, repeating the process.
Mai already heard the motorcycle when it came at the end of her street. She was hoping that it wasn't for her. She stood up and began to unpack her things, trying to go ahead and get adjusted to this new place and then she'll have to go find a job. That was gonna be hard.
Megan gave up after a few true and decided to do it the easier way. Taking cover in a big oak tree, Megan took a small twig off of the bench and layer it across her palm. After a second of concentration, the twig started spinning on her palm. The twig stopped when it faced north, pointing her in the direction of Mai's house. Smiling to herself, Megan walked down the street and up to her front door and knocked on it loudly.
Mai sighed when she heard a loud knock at her door. She put down the box that was in her hands and walked over to the door. She opened the up, quickly looking over the girl. "May I help you?" She asked, her voice was flat.
"Hey, I hope I have the right house or I'll be in it trouble wih the council." She said showin the girl her hand. "You must be the new witch." Megan said Jolson her hand out.
"Mai Schwarze. And yes, I am." She shook the girl's hand with a firm grasp. "What does the council want?" She asked, clearly just ready to get straight to the point.
"Huh? Of, the council doesn't want anything. It's just if I walked up to a regular mortal asking if they were a witch, then they would have to punish me and erase the humans mind." Megan explained waving her hand, her mark becoming a blur.
Mai nodded. "Then why did they send you here?" She had the Witch Clan on her right now, moving her whenever they could. She didn't want to leave England, but she had to. It was clear in her accent that she was German and British.
Megan smiled mecheviously. "They didn't, that's why I would get in so much trouble." She said the took her helmet off. "My names Megan, I'm a council member in training." She added showing Mai the tattoo on her hand.
Mai nodded. "I see. Well, good for you. But, you realize you didn't have to come out here to see me. The council usually doesn't want anything to do with me." Many couldn't tell, but Mai hated anything to do with the Witch Clan. They torn apart the last bit of family she had, and now she had no one.
"Just wanted to meet the new kid." Megan said shrugging. "You coming to school on monday?" she asked casually, leaning against the side of the house.
Mai shook her head. "No, I graduated form high school a couple years ago. I'm 23." She shrugged, it didn't matter to her. She knew that she looked younger than she was, but she didn't think that looked that young.
A long white limousine pulled up in front of Mai's house. Inside, Vanessa peered around with a relieved look. She smiled when her eyes spotted Mai's door. Sebastian, her butler, opened her door and helped her out. Vanessa smiled before making her way to the door.
Megan laughed. "You still have to go to finishing school." she said cocking an eyebrow. "You seriously didn't know?" She said spotting the limo.
Mai also saw the limo, confused as to why it was pulling up in front of her house. "I'm not going to college, I am going to look for work, hopefully I can find a job like the one I had before."
"It's not college, it's a witch finishing school. They give your your official sign when you graduate." Megan held up her hand. "This isn't an official sign, it's just a birthmark. You have to go to finishing school 'round these parts to be a full witch." Megan finished as she watched the limo girl walk up the steps to Mai's house.
Vanessa paused for a millisecond when she saw the two girls look at her. Based on the cold look the brown haired girl gave, Vanessa was sure that was Mai. She walked up to them, Sebastian close behind, and stopped about two feet from them. "Good morning! I'm Vanessa, how do you do?" Her voiced was peppered with a slight Irish accent, but was sweet, innocent, gentle, and kind. She was very soft spoken.
"Good and you?" Megan said before Mai could. She had a feeling Mai would say something bad. Megan straightened up and glanced at her motorcycle parked at the curb. Don't hit the cycle please she prayed to herself as her butler straightened out the limo.
