Does anyone know why so many people say no characters can enter when making a raffle? just curious.
Characters can be anonymous, and therefore a person could technically enter more than once.
At least that's the reason I go with / have understood it to be.

As one who held a raffle with that exact requirement, dark crow is right. My personal reasons were because:
1) someone could enter two or more times using anon characters
2) it was far easier to see, at a glance, who entered and if they had more than one entry in a day
3) having a character there was irrelevant for my raffle anyway (being it was an OOC dice roll raffle)
