Belle nodded. "It really is beautiful. Even without a telescope, it is still wonderful. The way it changed each day and how it will turn orange during the harvest time. There are many mysteries to the moon and how it became the way it is. The history behind it will be forever hidden in a fog and mystery but it really has left such a beautiful white rock to look at in the night."

"It is." He smiled slightly. "Most people say they see a man in the moon; personally, I see a dragon."

Belle nodded. "I see it." She could see the dragon hidden in the moon. "It is probably because of yin and yang pattern. A white dragon protecting the moon and her stars while a golden yellow dragon protect the sun of his clouds."

"Yeah... You done looking, or you want some more time? We have all night."

Belle stood up and smiled at him. "All yours."

"Okay." He leaned in again and swiveled it around to find something else, at one with the telescope.

Belle leaned against the wall.

"Okay, here. This is the Orion Nebula- it's one of my favorites. Take a look." He stepped back so she could look through.

Belle nodded and look through the telescope. "It really is pretty."

"I just find it so fascinating, the way there's nothing and then there's something..."
He pointed out pretty much every interesting thing in the sky before finally turning the telescope to Jupiter. "Take a look. The planets are kinda plain, but they're so beautiful at the same time."

Belle nodded. "It really is beautiful at how the stars seem to be nothing more than you take a closer look and it really is glorious." She said looking at Jupiter. "You were right, it does look like a marble." She said with a small grin.

"It's kinda funny," he replied, looking up at the sky and pushing his glasses back up his nose. "A polished marble just hanging there..."

Belle looked up at him. "Well, somewhere out there, another life force could be looking at Earth and think it is strange with all the different colors."

He grinned at that thought. "It's kinda fun to think about that. I find it kind of pointless to put English writing on the moon, because if different things ever do find it, they won't be able to read it."

Belle nodded. "That is true. But what if one day, a generation came after we were all dead went to the moon and couldn't figure that we had been there before. It is very possible that someone would be crazy enough to erase all history."

"Would they still speak English if they're that far ahead- out version of it, I mean. Because the Old English is very different from ours. Unless they can decode it or something... Hmm."

"Well, English would have to still be used because of all the poetry and literature out there, not to mention science and math."

"But what if we don't use those things anymore, as horrific as it sounds?"
This was one of his fears for the future: things such as science and books would be forgotten, left behind. It was a bit of a stretch, but he saw fewer and fewer kids reading things such as The Lord of the Rings nowadays.

"I'm sure we would still have them, it is a big part of the culture and is in pretty much every single culture in the world." She really didn't have a fear that science and literature would be tossed aside because it is needed to keep people alive and to keep spirits high.

"I dunno. I try not to think about it because it freaks me out too much."
He yawned and stretched as the sun became slightly visible in the horizon, slowly rising and ringing the sky pink and orange.
