Soooo I don't know if this is it, but I had really bad stomach pains as well... and it turned out to be a pulled muscle.
I was like... 'What?' when they told me, because I felt nauseous every time it hurt, and when it hurt I felt like I was going to cry. But resting a few days, I felt much better. Apparently I really had pulled a muscle. So it might very well be that.
