That was when he heard something. He wasn't sure what it was, but he would rather be safe than sorry.
He climbed down the tree and gave Josh a quick kick to the ribs to wake him up. "We gotta go."

Josh shoots wide a awake,"what..?" then he hears the same noise you heard.

"C'mon," he repeated, grabbing him by his shirt collar and dragging him away.

Gets dragged away."okay"

"I think it would help if you actually walked, dummy."

Eventually gets to his legs,even while you were still dragging him

He stopped once he felt they were a safe distance away to listen.

Listens,still hearing alittle something.

Shane backed off a little farther, this time keeping Josh close to him to avoid another incident like what happened last time.

Josh just goes with it..

"I think we're good... I dunno."

Josh doesnt hear the noise,anymore.

"Yeah, I think we're good."

"I think so to."

"Let's keep moving then. That was a little too close for comfort."

Josh nods a okay.

He looked around cautiously, listening for any odd sounds, before standing up and repeating the process over again.

Not a sight or sound to be heard. "Little to quiet if you ask me.."

"I know. It's creeping me out..."

Josh looks at you "Creeping YOU out?"
