I’m just genuinely curious how can I make my characters better just from your own personal tips and suggestions, so uh don’t be afraid to give suggestions and tips no matter how small or big they are.

It may be simple but it works. You have to write a lot and character would be developed across role play. If you mean better character profile then you would need to include information that you deem important, like how they look or what's their personality, backstory etc.
