Kuro was just walking through the forest, like she always did, but she knew that she wasn't too far away form a small town. She made a sharp turn the moment she heard a low growling noise. There stood in front of was a large, black wolf. She knew she could that it but she was rethinking that when she saw the the other wolves. She knew she was doomed. The first one charged at her, but after that moment, everything was hazy

Kuro lay in a white hospital bed with ives and a heart monitor hooked up to her. She slowly came too, confused and lost. She then felt a sharp pain spread across her body and then the memories came back. A pack of wolves had attacked her and she just barely survived. The third time death has tried to take her and failed. She looked out the window, not knowing what was going to happen next.

Takasashi walks through the hospital halls smelling death around every corner as it gave him a headache, this was the one place that he would love and hate to be in, love, because its easier to get blood, hate, because the smell made him want to puke. Sniffing out little by little trying to find Kuro Taki finally finds her as he looks through the glass window on the door, he opens the door to see her not as banged up as he had thought she would.

"You look pretty unscratched nothing serious enough for you not to move around" Taki said walking towards the window then staring out at it "That being said we should really get going"

Kuro was confused as to what he was talking about. "And exactly who are you and why are you here?" She knew she had never seen this guy before, but she could smell that there was something off about him. She sat up glad that she left more damage on the wolves than they did to her. She healed much quicker and fought back much harder than the average human did. She went through every memory she had ever had, trying to place who he was and why he might be here, but she didn't know him and couldn't figure out why he was here for her.

Taki looks over at Kuro's confuse face "You don't remember me from the forest...make sense you were unconscious just before I saved your life" he said walking around the room with a annoyed face. "Listen, all you need to know right now is that I saved your life back in the forest and since your still kicking more supernaturals are coming to get-" Taki stop talking when he heard a car stop hard in front of the hospital, two men with black trench coats get out of the car and begins to walk towards the hospital.

"Alright, we don't have time for this we have to go now"

Kuro listened to him, realizing who he was this time from when she woke up and he was dragging her. She heard the car coming and nodded. She removed the blanket that was on top of her and grabbed her clothes and knives. She would have to change back into her regular clothes later, when they had more time. "Let's go." She said, actually glad to be out of all the chemicals and death smell.

Taki walks out of the room then down the hall with Kuro behind him, he keeps his ears open and his nose sharp even with all the noise and stench in the air, "God the smell here is disgusting we might as well be in a morgue" he said said holding his finger to his nose. Turning the corner Taki sees a security guard in the distance making him him grab Kuro's arm and turn around "We're going to need a distraction" he said punching fire alarm "We'll use this as cover to get out"

Taki grabs Kuro hand before opening heading to the back staircase, going down flight after flight of stairs Taki smells one of the men below them coming up the stairs making him immediately pull kuro away from the railing "You think your well enough to take are of this guy"

Kuro made sure to stay close to Taki while they were leaving. She also saw the security guard. She also hated the smell and nodded to what Taki said. "Try growing up in a lab and tell me which s worse." She made the quick remake out of habit. She didn't say anything after that. She was a little surprised when Taki punched the fire alarm but understood why. They needed the distraction.

She easily kept up with his pace down the stairs, it wasn't hard for her when she was use to running by now. She heard the man coming and popped her knuckles. "There is a reason why I was able to cheat death for a third." She said with a cocky grin.

Taki Smiles at Kuro when she answers his question "I'll be right back" he said standing on the stair rail just above one of the men, he drops down on top of the man knocking him down, but not out. Taki kicks him against the window throwing punch after punch at him, the man dodges a couple then throws one of his own making Taki grab this arm and slams his head against the concrete wall cracking it a little.

When the man finally falls unconscious Taki looks up at Kuro "That was pretty awesome you can't beat that" he said with a smile, at that moment the second man came into the stairwell with a gun pointed at Taki.

Kuro wasn't impressed at all. "I can do better." She saw the other man and jumped over the railing, right behind the man. He quickly turned around to see her but he only got a fist moving upwards under his chin. He was a little caught off guard by that which gave Kuro the advantage she wanted. She did a roundhouse kick into his left temple, knocking him into the wall, but he was still kicking. He tried to get up but Kuro finished him off with a swift kick in the stomach and one last punch into his right temple. He was out for the count. "Beat that." She said with a cocky grin on her face.

"Yea, yea not some thing I haven't seen before" Taki said with a smile then chuckles under his breath "By the way jumping down like that in that hospital gown I pretty much saw everything, now lets get going my car's in the hospital parking garage", he grabs her arm and continues to head down the stairs until they finally make it to the garage.

Taki runs to his car with Kuro behind "Get in the backseat I have a change of clothes for you there"

Kuro blushed bright red when he said, completely forgetting that she was in a hospital gown, she was so use to her jeans and shirt that she didn't think of the fact that she had the gown on. "You tell no body about that." She said as she shook her head and kept up pace with Taki down to the garage and nodded to what he said. She had dropped her other clothes but still had her dagger and pocket knife in her hands. She nodded and got into the back seat of the car. She was thankful that he already had a change of clothes for her. She quickly changed into the clothes he brought and put the knives in her pockets. She would have to wait till things died down before she could go her backpack that was at her campsite, but she still had the only thing worth stealing around her neck, the crystal her friend Danny gave her before she left him behind to continued her travels to get away from her master.

Taki starts the car and drives out of the garage fast enough to get away, but not enough to get them pulled over. Bring his eyes to the rearveiw mirror only to see Kuro getting dress in it bring his face to become as red as a cherry "Don't forget to put on the hat back there your hair is a little to well known to these guys" Taki said moving the mirror to the side "Now can you tell me why these guys are after you?"

Kuro saw him move the rear view mirror and then blush. "Keep your eyes on the road." She said as she pulled her shirt over her head. She nodded to what he said, grabbing the hat and pulled it on top of her head. "I can try using my knife to cut my hair, it is unusually long." She offered. She climbed over to the passenger seat. "I'm surprise you couldn't tell, of course my bangs cover my other eye so that hides it better." She moved her red bangs behind her ear, reveling a bright red eye. "I am a science experiment form the Sakuranbo scientific labs. I had ran away form them after my older brother turned eighteen and after dying and somehow coming back to life without the aid of any medical help. This would be the third time I have cheated death."

Taki still red in the face kept his eyes on the road after Kuro told him to, "Keep the hair don't want you looking like every girl out there when your clearly not" he said turning on to a road heading out of the city. "Sakuranbo Labs...I heard they were doing some things like that there I thought they were just rumors, either way those guys were strong and I used a lot more strength then I should have" Taki said grabbing his side "If those guys want you that bad then there not going to stop coming, do you have a safe house or some where we can lie low"

Kuro nodded. "Just giving an idea." She said as she sat down and buckled her seat. "Nothing about them are rumors. They are all true. I was not born, he had created me. Before I went through puberty, he knew every inch of my body. But since I left before he could do that again and remake my body, he doesn't know how my body has changed, but even if he did, I still know how to fight." She shrugged, not really caring much. She shook her head. "No, I live in the woods and move around from town to town. Once things die down, I have to go back to the campsite I was at, I have more clothes and other things that I need to get back. I know the only thing worth stealing is around my neck." She pulled the crystal out from under her shirt collar.

"Nice trinket you have there it looks like you treasure that a hell of a lot" Taki said driving down the road nice and calm while still looking through his rearview mirror "The more important thing we have to do right now is find a place to stay for awhile then when every things calmed down we'll head to your campsite so you can grab your stuff".

Kuro nodded. "Yeah, it was given to be a good friend of mine." She explained, but she didn't go into great detail because she still didn't trust Taki. She didn't know who he really was or why he was doing all this for her with know who she was or what she has seen. Just being a science experiment was not the end of her long history.

Taki drives down the road looking for any place from them to bunk for a while then he stops hard looking over at an abandon house that you could barley see from the road which made it a pretty good hiding spot. "That looks pretty good" Taki said driving off the road towards the house. The house was pretty much busted up from the outside so Taki didn't expect it to be any better on the inside, stopping at the porch "Alright you head in while I get some things from the trunk"

Taki gets out of the car and heads straight to the trunk, he digs around junk he left in there from the past and finds what he was looking for, a blood pack.

Kuro was also looking around for a place to stay, but she hadn't seen the house until she saw Taki get off the road. "What the-" She stopped when she spotted the house. Good idea. She thought as they pulled up to the porch. She nodded. "Alright." She got out of the car and went into the house. She walked around in it, finding some things that were left over by the last owner, but it was all covered in dirt or insects. The house was beat-up inside and outside, no doubt about it. The moment Taki pulled the blood pack out of his trunk, she caught the scent. Now she knew what he was, but she knew that her blood would not be a type he would like, half human half animal.

Digging his two extended fangs into the blood pack Taki drinks liter by liter of it not slowing down for a second, he finally removes the blood back form his mouth and takes deep breaths as if he had just ran a marathon "Oh that was good" he said throwing the empty pack into the trunk before closing it. Taki wipes his mouth with his hand getting rid of any left over blood not wanting Kuro to no what he was just yet, walking into the house it looking at the place with a smile "This isn't so bad a little paint and dusting it could look good" he said to kuro.
