I’ve just wanted to get this off my chest... I have a Huge feckin imagination and i can think of entire universe and detailed plots and somewhat deep characters and sometimes even the extact text but as soon as I put so much as a word all of that flunks from my brain like *poof* and gone
So the best thing I can do is just type out my basic idea here to overcome that anxiety and stuff right?... Right...
So where do I begin? Hmmm the universe right? Well the basic idea is an alternate 1960s where there’s stuff like elves, orcs, dragons, dwarfs, lizard people, Minotaurs, halflings, fauns and just generally fantasy creatures but with only one rule... no magic... all explicitly magic stuff is either gone or gone into hiding.
Well the story would be the main character (who’s an orc) who’s living in a poor, run down city mostly made up of fantasy characters who wouldn’t be accepted into the main cities which consist of humans and elves and drawfs and such, basically the reason the other creatures don’t live there is because they are seen as uncivil or dangerous
(Basically if you can’t tell it’s an underlining tone of racism)
Hmmm my brain is tingling and I have a weird urge to keep writing, I don’t think I’ve ever felt such an urge before, such a fire, such determination (or maybe it was those sweet tart things... pretty sure those are lowkey cocaine)
Hmmmmmm i cant really think of anymore story.. at Least that i think is good material... I was gonna make the story the orc one day has to take care of a mute young human that somehow ended up in the city and he has to take care of them in the somewhat dangerous environment, but that sounds a bit cheesy if you ask me.
I dunno leave suggestions or something I don’t really care I just made this to make this ya know?
Hmmmm should I keep going?
Nope.

Sounds like a pretty darn good idea to me. If it was me, I'd probably write something like this up into an ad and put it in the Looking for RP forum. But until you get up the confidence to do that, this seems like a reasonable way to build that confidence.
I don't know that much about fantasy characters so I'm not the person to give advice or ideas here, but I can attempt to encourage you by saying the idea sounds cool.

You say "cheesy" like it's a bad thing. Some folks love for stuff like that.
