This is a Devil May Cry and RWBY crossover.You could either be huntsman,demon/human,or angel/demon in this story.The setting will be on Beacon Academy,and you can create your own weapon if you want.Your semblance can be anything you want,just make it overpower,like you wanting to control Grimm, or you can summon the relics.You can also create your own weapon,and implant dust in it.You can also have a demon or angel weapon.
Magic is very common. Magic-tech, grand floating islands, forests that sing, magical creatures may be an every-day occurrence.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
