Actually the activity is gonna be reworked, since that thing was talked on RPR 2020 group.

It's a bit incomplete in this version of the site, but you CAN adjust some things about your group activity feed.
Head over to your notification settings (https://www.rprepository.com/notificationssettings.php) and click on the name of the group you want to adjust them for at the top of that page. You can see options there.
