So, my thought was that the goddess of the moon, Luna, was summoned to earth. A person thought that he/she was using a staff to get her blessing but, summoned her instead. When a vampire/werewolf/werecat sees her the beast inside them is at peace or drawn to her. Enough that the beasts would see her as the alpha subconsciously.

She is summoned near a dying town where the crops weren't producing and when she thinks that no one is watching she uses her healing power on the land but, one of your characters finds her.

I'm interested! Sounds pretty good to me! I love the thought of this!
