"You don't have too, it's probably just nothing." She tries to play it off as nothing.
He showed off his sword with a few air0chops. "You have permission to forfeit, you won't win"
She rubs her head and starts to walk towards the bar when this ringing goes off in her ear. "Ngh...what...the...hell...?"
"maybe so but I will put up one hell of a fight"he said
She covers both her ears as the ringing gets louder and blood comes out of her ears.
He turns to her "warden look something's wrong with scarlet"he said running to her
he went to her. "What seems to be the problem, Knight?" he asked
She falls to her knees and everything around her gets hazy from the ringing and the loss of blood. "Ngh..."
He used a healing spell to stop the bleeding
The ringing continues until they turned into words. All speaking at once in her head. "Come back. Die. Peace will never come your way. Burn in hell. Wretched beast. Demon. Fallen Angel. Fallen. Fallen. FALLEN ANGEL! Her eyes turned black and she fell to the ground.
"What is happening?" it asked as it approached her
"I don't know"he said confused
He looked at Scarlet. "Are you okay, Knight?"
"Make them stop." She turned to look at them as her eyes remained black.
It stabbed her with its scythe, however, Scarlet felt nothing, and only the demon felt pain
"reaper what should I do I never dealt with this kind of magic"he said
She looked at them confused and old markings appeared on her skin. "What is the matter?"
"I have cleansed the demon from your body, you are safe" it nodded before disappearing
"Demon?" She laughed. "I have no demon within me. I have something better than that." She stretched and her wings appeared from behind her and they were black as night.
