Hello! This RP is brought to you by me, FallingSTARISH. The two different plot lines will be down below! If you choose to Be on the good side or the bad side will determine what plot you get!
—Overall PLOT—
The ice age happened, making earth covered in 67% of water and ice. The United States is half covered, giving only 15 states to be left. The population is down by SO MUCH! Criminals that have survived roam the streets and cause so much chaos. No one knows what to do and some people want to help. There is a secret government in the middle of where Egypt is, that has people with supernatural abilities of any kind. Why do they have this government? Criminals aren’t the only ones to roam the streets. So are creatures made out of leathery hide and ice and water. Why are there? Another government made out of criminals and bad people are trying to kill the last of the people with abilities, then to help the world recover so they could rule over it.
—PLOT 1— good side
You can either choose to go to the secret government, try make your Own government, have a goal to kill as bad people or evil creatures. If you have a different plot idea for good for your character, ask me about it in PMs!
—PLOT TWO—
Go try to find the other government who made the creatures, become or be a criminal on the streets, try to kill people with powers, try to invade good government. If you have any idea for what you want your character to do, ask me through PMs.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Far future, perhaps interstellar travel (faster than light)
Wartime/soldier RPs. Combat is a given and will likely be graphic, but there's the potential for non-combat "in the trenches" scenes. World War 2, Vietnam, etc.
