Hey all! I'm here to recruit a new player for a fantasy RP I'm co-modding, Bloodied Shards. We have had a few players recently drop out for personal reasons. We're working to tie up the loose ends they left behind. We'd like to meet some semi. or adv. lit writers who are interested in joining a long-term, plot-driven RP with the following features:

• A loose magic system
• An expansive but vaguely defined world; it allows the player lots of creative freedom when developing their character.
• A moderate level of combat
• One word: ALIEN.
• A magic MacGuffin to defend. From the alien, of course!
• The alien's an OP psychopath, by the way.
• Hopefully that's enough to get you interested in joining. Complete information including the plot summary, rules and cast, can be found here. Please read all of the first two posts and consider skimming the chat for any of your questions that may have already been asked and answered.

Note, the first post in the IC Chat probably will not apply to your character. We'd like to help you come across your shard by a different means. We are tying up loose ends, after all.

After you've done the reading, I'd appreciate it if you contacted both me and Avitrathephoenix(the lead GM) so we can scheme with you. Thanks!

I'm interested, specifically with Multe or Urban, but I am little bit intimidated by the group size haha. I've been in and out of this post so many times though, I figure I should try my hand at least.

You’re welcome to join us. I understand why a large group might be intimidating, but I promise we won’t throw you right into the action. Like with Cherry, we’ll catch you up so you’re not totally lost. If you’re interested, you’re welcome to PM Avi and I (or I’ll reach out to you, whatever’s preferable.) and we’ll set you straight.

We might also ask (later) that you and Cherry join us in one group PM and we can talk about setting your characters together. That way, you’ll both be interacting with players without getting shoved headfirst into group stuff you might not be prepared for.
