Well, when I have that happen I do stuff around the house, or I chat with my friends on discord while waiting, Edit characters, Meet new people on here, There's a lot of ways to kill the time while waiting honestly Also I tend to try to work through my writers block on some rps I have going and think of creative ways to reply ^^

I don't wait for replies because I have no active roleplays to begin with. Otherwise? I edit my profiles, work on drawing refs for characters that I'm playing with, write down ideas and plot points for characters and/or roleplays, do research on character traits, hobbies, locations, etc., and get lost in said research to the point where I find myself reading about unrelated topics while wondering how exactly I got to this point.
