The Dawn Space Corps, the epitome of human advancement. Having existed for the past 12,000 years, this fleet has consistently impressed, proving the original investors and commissioners wrong. They thought that the fleet wouldn't last for more than a century or two, yet here they are. Investigating alien worlds, creating ships, weapons, and all manners of technology that back on Earth would seem impossible. Thanks to the hard work and dedication from all of those tirelessly devoted years upon years of their lives, they have made considerable progress. Back when the Fleet was first commissioned, all those generations ago, system Robinson or as it was then known, KS-1291861, was nothing more than a mere speculation, a high risk and potentially high reward system. People were divided, they weren't completely sure if this expedition to some uncharted solar system would be worth the trillions and trillions of dollars that went into developing the 100+ ships, but those who doubted the Fleet would certainly be smiling down on them.

12,000+ years later and not only have they made considerable progress in finding new homes for the humans living aboard the spacecrafts. Thanks to the efforts of the newest Fleet Commander, Isabella Sharpe, a number of talented and dedicated researchers have made considerable progress in their research, most notably, Major Captain Steven Marshall made a huge leap forward when he had successfully established peaceful relations with the Kun, one of the many tribes that call Elea home. For the first time in the 200 years that they had been studying the system, they had successfully aligned themselves with an alien race. If they were capable of doing so with the Kun, who's to say they can't with other tribes? Rulara and Aria have a number of human-like races, but they've been significantly harder to communicate with. The Anurca of Rulara are violently territorial, lashing out at anyone who approaches their territory with every attack being delivered with the intent to kill, while the tribes of Aria are resistant towards the DSC, unsure of what to think of them.

Because of these difficulties with these planets, research has slowed down significantly, though Elea has been going smoothly so far. Though only the Kun seem willing to trade and communicate with the Fleet, it appears they might have luck with the Exail and potentially the Arith as well. But, who's to say for sure? Of course, there's so much more than trying to establish relations with these curious races, each planet has a number of other life forms just begging to be discovered. Will you join the Fleet and help with studying these curious creatures?

Okay! This setting has been in the workshop for nearly a year now and after months of procrastination hard work, it's finally ready for some roleplaying. So, essentially what I'm wanting to do is have a few people join me for an adventure through one of the three Earth-like planets; Rulara, Aria, and Elea, as the Fleet works on determining whether ot not these planets will be suitable for human habitation, along the way, we'll meet regular old animals and the tribes of each of the planets. Whether you want to explore the ocean world of Rulara or Earth's cousin in Elea is up to you, all I'm hoping to do is get a test run or two with these planets!

If you desire to explore Elea, you'll be joining the head of the Kalispell Division, Major Captain Steven Marshall (linked above)
If you desire to explore Rulara, you'll be joining the head of the Jacksonville Division, Major Captain Katrina Jones (profile is in the workshop)
If you desire to explore Aria, you'll be joining the head of the San Antonio Division, Major Captain Lawrence Stone (profile is in the workshop)

Now, before I delve into the applications and stuff like that, I've got a few rules to go over.

• I'm not looking for novels or gobs of text, but I will require at least one paragraph per post.
• Though the three planets are home to numerous curious races, I'm only looking for human characters to join the expeditions. The other tribes will be open eventually, but not yet.
• Romance is great, but keep in mind that romance is not the main focus of the RP, so please don't let that take over the plot. Keep it to a minimum.
• Most of these will be light hearted for the most part, but do expect some combat and dramatic scenes, especially when we're exploring Rulara or Aria.
• Keeping swearing to a minimum; a few here and there are fine, but don't go overboard.
• All content, from the romantic stuff to the language to the violence needs to be kept at a PG-13 level.
• Be patient with people, don't rush them to respond.
• All combat will be done through a freeform style; however, don't make your character unbeatable. Strong characters are great, unbeatable characters are not.
• All characters, unless given special permission, will start out as a 2nd Private and must earn their way up.
• Just like any society; racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and other triggering topics will occur, so be prepared. However, don't purposely try to offend others.
• Godmodding is a big no no.
• Please try to be as detailed as you can with your characters, this'll improve your chances of being approved.
• Most importantly, have fun.
