Hackle was once free until hunters who worked for a animal lab came and got them. then hackle was a test subject They did an experiment on him to make him a hybrid of a ice dragon and fox with a blindfold Y/C is another test subject or something else who meets hackle. Can you save hackle from this lab he doesn’t like?
