Name: Scarlett Harris
Age: 28
Powers: Flying, Mind Manipulation, Speak/Read into other's minds, Fights like an assassin, really good at getting information
Apperence: 5'6 , Dark Brown hair, Blue eyes when she's hiding/ Purple when she's working as a superhero, hourglass build but very athletic, pale-ish skin

Backstory: She was born into a normal American family. But it was until the age of 6 her powers began to kick in. Instead of her parents Being scared, they were exited because little did she know, her parents had powers as well. Scarlett started hero work at the age of 15. Just helping catch muggers, theives, a murderer or two. She was bullied in school and didn't have a lot of friends because she was the 'freak'. But when she reached college, everyone seemed to mature and she made friends. It was just until the age of 20 came the City's Supervillan. For 8 years they have been fighting, him trying to take over while she tries to protect it. But he always manages to slip away. Either after a fight or in jail.
