Y/C is a new transplant in Las Vegas coming in from another state. Having just settled in to his new place and his new job, Y/C finally decide to go out for a night on the Strip with some of his co-workers who invited him to join them. After hitting up the various clubs and bars, the group decides to end at The Chandelier Bar in The Cosmopolitan. There, Y/C meets Celestria, the head bartender. Immediately picking up on her English accent, Y/C strikes up a conversation with her and the two end up chatting the rest of the time while the group is there before parting ways. Y/C goes back a couple more times over the next few days, but isn’t able to catch her. However, a couple weeks later, Y/C runs into her again, this time while she’s out shopping at the Fashion Show mall while she was having a coffee at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Y/C joins her and the two share a bit of their back story and where they’re from, finding common ground as two transplants in Vegas from different parts of the world and forming a close bond.

Y/C is the owner of the Hakkasan Nightclub in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and just hired on the newest bartender for the premiere times, Celestria, an English girl with an affinity for bartending; both drink-making as well as charisma. Initially, she goes unnoticed by Y/C but she grabs his attention when he catches her chatting with a few of the main acts like Steve Aoki and Tiesto with some of them specifically request that she make their drinks. After some digging, he finds out that she is the ‘English Rose’, the premiere bartender at the Heaven nightclub in London who served some legendary acts their drinks, including some of Hakkasan’s high-profile roster list. In the bartending world, she was a big deal, primarily for her signature drink special that bore her namesake, ‘The English Rose’. But what was she doing in Las Vegas and at his club of all places? He had to find out. And besides, what was so special about her drink-making skills, anyways?
