*I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so my apologies if it is not!
So, I recently noticed that for example whenever i watch a scene in a tv show, my mind somehow connects it to one of my roleplays and how I potentially could come up with an idea to use some inspiration from said scene in a roleplay. I don't think it's something I choose to do, it just happens. Does anybody else have this happen, and if so, how do I limit it, so it doesn't happen as often?
I think it's good to be able to take inspiration from different things in case I need an idea for one of my roleplays, but now it's a bit annoying that I can't choose when it happens; it feels like I watch a show and my brain goes "hey, why don't we take something from this scene and use it in a roleplay like this?".
