I got a months worth of epicness from a friend and would love to do custom ones for some of my characters but I'm unsure how to make one. Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers.

You have to have some knowledge with code and CSS. If you go to a character and edit them, then go to select a template, then to the side it should say create a custom template.

Static is correct! There's a help page that has basic instructions on CSS for the RPR. On this page it also tells you how to choose custom templates shared by other members, so you don't necessarily have to make your own.

W3Schools is a good place to get started on learning the basics of CSS. The lessons are on the left sidebar!
