I've been walking for days....
My wings won't heal....
Nothing I'm doing is working...
Why am I so weak...?
Those were the last thoughts a woman though as she collapsed to the ground, panting healivly. She had two large black wings that looked like they were made from the night sky. She looked like she could be a Tengu, but she wasn't. She tried to get up but everytime she tried her body gave up on her and let her fall to the ground again. She never had fealt so weak in her life. She had just came out of battle with a demon of some kind. It looked like her left wing was going to fall of. She tried not scream when she turned over on her back and looked up at the sky. I'm I going to finally be free...? Is my pain and suffering over...? No, I won't die unless someone comes and breaks my necklace....No one would do that to an angel.... Exiled or not... She closed her eyes and looked like she was sleeping. Blood soaked her clothes as she felt her heart beat slowly, ready to give up on her.

Sethalith appeared mid sprint a few yards away. Falling to his knees next to her, "Can you move? We got to get out of here he's coming!"

Luna's eyes flashed open when she heard someone speak. She looked up to see who it was. She shook her head lightly. "No, I can't to seem to get up." She tried again to get up on her own, only to fall again in the sign of her weakness.

"Alright i'm going to try and pick you up is that okay?" he asked as he started to put one arm under her knees and the other behind her back.

Luna nodded. She tucked her wings close to her back, but the broken one was to far gone to be saved. It only held by a string, so to speak. Once he picked her up, it would snap clean off.

Wincing as it did he grabbed it with his tail and with his next step they disappeared then reappeared nearly a mile and a half away. He would do this four more times before he stumbled, nearly falling. At least they weren't on barren plains any more, they were now on the side of a mountain.

Luna was surprised that he had taken hold of her broken wing, she was about to say to just forget it but he already had teleported. Once he had collapsed she sat down on the ground, giving him space to regain his strength. "You should've just left me. I won't die until someone breaks my necklace or rip out my heart. Fatal injuries do nothing to me but cause pain."

"With the brutality of a demon, when he caught up he would have accomplished one of the two if not both," he said sitting up, If you want to rest you can

Luna shook her head. "No, I should be fine. I don't think my wing will survive though." She looked down at her broken wing, laying on the ground beside her, barely hanging on. She sighed. "It is dead weight now, best to o ahead and remove it."

"No, wait." he pulled a whistle from a pouch at his belt. It looked like he was playing a tune on it, but no sound was produced.

Luna sat there, confused as to what he was doing. "Um..... What are you doing?" She asked,

"Hold on," he said once he had finished. A moment later a there was a slight distortion in the space in front of him and a cleric of Lolth appeared. "My friend here could use some healing," he gestured to Luna, The cleric seeing her condition fumbled in her bag for some components and bandages. Once she had her components together she would bandage her wing on and hold her hands over the spot it broke at, she could see a light purple glow coming from under the bandages and feel it healing back together and the pain there slowly vanish. The cleric would do this for her major injuries and just bandage the smaller ones.

Luna watched the cleric heal her wing in amazement. A big smiled spread across her face as she slowly moved it. She looked over at the man and u smiled. " Thank you very much." She said. One the cleric finished healing her she stood up and stretched her wings. "I don't believe I caught your name. I am Luna Nanada, one of the exiled Lunar Angels." She held her hands out tho him with a kind smile.

After the cleric was done the area around her rippled and the cleric was gone. "Sethalith Sparx," he shook her hand. "You can call me Seth if you prefer, some people find my name weird to say."

Luna nodded. "There are a lot of strange names out there. Luna isn't very common because it meansmoon in Spanish."she explained. "So, what were you running from before?"

"The demon you were fighting, after you disappeared I was the only one left."

Luna nodded. "I see. Shouldn't we go back to finish it off before it causes more damage?"

"I would wait to recover first, at least til morning," he shrugged.
