In the aftermath of a nuclear war, it had been discovered that those with supernatural abilities existed. After years of experiments and research the government designed a plan to keep these people protected. They would be separated from the rest of existing humanity to live amongst themselves. Unaware of the vastly large amount of people with these abilities, they had no choice but to allow them to unite with the rest of the humans that had survived the war. Those who were special were referred to as "Digits" because depending on the amount of abilities they had they were assigned a number. One being the most common, up to seven. Only five people had been assigned the number seven. These seven powers included: teleportation, telekinesis, telepathy, super strength, super speed, healing, and invisibility.
Brecklyn had always been intrigued by Digits but her parents never allowed her to be near them, opting for homeschool and strictly supervised outings. Brecklyn just recently turned 18 and moved out. On her own, she was free to make different decisions. But doing so seems to have dangerous consequences. Not the ones her parents predicted though. See, Brecklyn had never shown any signs of being a Digit until she started meeting them. And maybe the government missed a few powers cause not only was Brecklyn definitely a Digit.. she had 10 powers, and counting.
