Jasmine couldn't help but smile as a pair of familiar eyes set on her. The question was, were they set on her for the reason she hoped of was it an entirely different meaning. Of course she wasn't looking at the man openly staring at her, in fact her front was completely turned in the opposite direction. Not that she didn't know he was staring at her, it was just that she didn't want to look to eager to see this man, after all, he was the type of guy who liked to make people wait and so she might repay the favor. After all, in a body like this in a checkered skirt and a simple red and black corset, most mortal men would be happy to wait to even get a chance to talk to her, but after all, it was not a mortal man she was ignoring at the moment.
"gin and tonic" Jasmine muttered, her voice seeming a little distracted as she glanced at the bartender who nodded and quickly turned away to make her drink.
Normally she wouldn't be seen in a run down bar like this but every so often she liked to just let go, and today she needed a drink. It wasn't that alcohol affected demons, it was just that what could she say, she liked to think of any new way to be sinful, and the classic ways of sinning never got old.
Taking her drink she placed a ten dollar bill on the bench and winked at the bartender "Keep the change" she muttered briskly ignoring the mans reply and gracefully stood and made her way over to the demon in human form who she knew was probably getting impatient with waiting for her to make a move.
"Miss me?" The red haired beauty asked in a playful way pulling up a seat beside the thirty something year old man and casually placing one leg over the other making her knee high checkered skirt ride up a little. Taking a swig of her drink she eyed the demon who returned her glance "You know, I've killed demons for doing less then purposely ignoring me"
Jasmine's eyed gleamed and appeared to darken "Oh please Zion, you know better then I that I am older and could easily snap you like a twig" her voice lowered a bit at that and the man named Zion scowled but sighed but it seemed to be an agreement.
"Now, do you have the information I'm looking for or not?" Jasmine raised an eyebrow waiting for an answer which was quickly answered "In the Lazy eye Motel, not to far from here"
"Excellent... I assume you know better then lying to me Zion" the man nodded and seemed to shift uncomfortably in his seat and the female demon smirked as though amused "I find out your lying and just you wait" were Jasmine's last words before she downed some more of the gin and tonic and smirked, playing with the rim of her glass "Your 'gift' is back in the mortals home" she snapped and in a blink of an eye the seat he had been sitting in was deserted, as if he was never there.
Jasmine placed her empty glass on the dusty table and chuckled under her breath, if she knew Yukiko Yumi well enough, and she did in a way, she knew it wouldn't be long until she arrived at this very bar, well it was the only one in town after all. Now all she had to do was play the waiting game. She figured that she would be pretty upset about the last time they met, her occupying Lisa's body, but she was now in a pretty young thing, her voice different and besides, she looked human enough, just hope he didn't figure it out to soon. She still owed him for kicking her out of Lisa's body. Bad mistake.

Xeron was tired, it was only two days ago since he arrived, and he'd been awake ever since. He needed something to drink, anything, even if water was out of the question by now. He felt so uncoordinated that just by watching him walk- if you can call 'stumbling around' walking -you would think he was drunk. The first thing that happened when he reached the bar, was him walking straight into the door and his head hit it with a loud 'thunk!'. After he ran into the door, his head rang, he felt dehydrated, and he needed some sort of liquid to drink now.
He finally managed to open the door after a lot of stumbling around with his hand. All that anybody could hear while he was messing around with the doorknob was a lot of clicking and clattering. He walks in and almost runs into a table, but avoids it with the strangest sort of maneuver you don't think anybody is dumb enough to do. He somehow makes it all across to the counter and sits down on one of the chairs. He slams his head down on the counter with a startling crack noise that could be mistaken for muffled thunder.
"I would like a lot of your cheapest drink please," He mumbles, and it seemed as if his words slurred together throughout that sentence. Nonetheless, the bartender understood what he said. The bartender must hear a lot of mumbling every day from drunks. The bartender places two cups of the same drink in front of Xeron's head. Xeron looks up at the drinks and stares for a minute or two. He then drags his head off the counter and heaves up the first glass and starts drinking large gulps out of it at a time.
He finishes off the first glass then moves on to the second. Minutes later when he's done with both and paid the bill, he looks a lot more lively, spry, and strangely, more coordinated, even though he just gulped down two large cups of alcoholic beverage. "Thanks for that," He quickly remarked to the bartender. He then finds a table to quietly sit at while he takes in his surroundings and settles down, obviously resting.
((Is it alright if I just join like this? Or were you expecting someone/something else? xD))

((No, no-one in particular, your fine to join ^^))
Jasmine’s eyes couldn’t help but fall on the stumbling fellow who just managed to avoid a table and she chuckled silently to herself, her grey eyes watching him for a moment longer before she grew bored and decided she needed another drink to occupy herself until this little bitch came here.
Her eyes fell back on the man as a sickening crunch was heard and she rolled her eyes, already grown bored with the drunken fellow. But as the red haired woman stood and drew closer she couldn’t help but realize that there was something strange about the brown haired lad, something not entirely… Human, it was one of the many perks of being a demon, you could ‘sense’ the power in non-human creatures and this drew her interest back.
Being a demon had many perks though, one being a high tolerance for alcohol, she couldn’t get drunk and so won just about every single drinking contest, although if she was having fun she sometimes pretended to be drunk, just for the sake of it of course.
“Sex on the beach” she murmured to the bartender, taking a seat at the bar quickly, ordering and picking up her drink as the man seeming more coordinated made his way to a table. Still curious she couldn’t help but meet eyes with him a few times, though sneaky looks and glance.
She realized with amusement that he had a blade of some sorts on his back she recognized as a katana sheath, and such a pretty handle it had, gold lace sort of and she looked towards the man deciding to take a step forward and sit being him, taking a sip of her drink “You know, bringing a weapon into a bar is just asking for trouble” Jasmine teased lightly a playful smirk fixed on her face. She was mainly curious because she couldn’t tell what he was; she hadn’t met someone with his ‘scent’ if he was attuned he might be able to sense a dark presence from her as well, she was a demon after all.

"Well, I travel a lot, and it's not as if this bar has a place for me to put my weapons," He replied smoothly. Xeron glances backwards with his arm over the chair now to get a good look at Jasmine. He had never seen nor heard of demons before, so when he saw her aura he was slightly confused as to what he could be sensing. He couldn't even tell if you had figured out about him not being human.
"So if I may ask, who are you? And why have you come over to see me of all the people here?" He slightly reconsiders the last question, as he was the only one in the bar that seemed drunk when he came in, and sober when he took a few drinks. Now that he's closer by, you can see a small green crystal on a necklace's cord. The crystal seems to have a slight glow to it.
Xeron decides to try to search your mind as to what you are, but he knows he has never been good with any sort of mind powers, so his guess is that it will fail. All he hopes is that she doesn't notice or feel his clumsy searching around her mind. If your wondering about Xeron's clumsiness with telepathic powers, just imagine earlier's scene with the door, and multiply that by three.

"I guess you could say that you sparked my interest" she didn't exactly mention the other people who had stared at his clumsy stumble to the bar but they had looked away by now "My name is Jasmine, so if you must call me something, that seems appropriate" she all but purred, leaning on her chair to get a better look at him, her eyes falling on his necklace with mild curiosity. "Thats a strange pendant you have there" Jasmine remarked with a strange tone to her voice, she seemed almost transfixed, like she had seen it somewhere before, but she couldn't remember exactly where or when.
The red head suppressed a smirk as she felt something in her mind, like a slight prodding, it was faint but she knew what he was trying to do, she was pretty certain it was him, so he had slight telepathic powers as well. Lets just say her interest was piqued so she 'let' him continue prodding, acting as if nothing was happening "So, what brings you to this loverly place, it can't just be for the friendly folk around here" she started, he obviously would have noticed most of the people around most people would have looked down and hurried on their way and she let him know a few things in her mind. The words "inhuman" and "creature of the dark" come through to him, but blocked him from important stuff like what she actually was, but she let it 'slip' why she was talking to him, that she knew he wasn't human and was curious to find out what he was. Leaning in a bit closer nearly to his ear she whispered "Your telepathic powers could use a little work" pulling back she gave a cheeky wink to let him know she wasn't mad about him sifting though her mind, mainly amused.

"I seem... to spark many a person's interest sometimes," He says as he looks around the bar, there were still some people staring at him. He smiles towards one person who has a raised eyebrow and continues.
"Oh, uh, this necklace was from a friend, I find it usefu- I find it sort of like my, 'good luck' charm." He smiles faintly, but even you could see beyond that hollow smile. It's as if he almost told you something he thinks he shouldn't yet. He starts searching his pockets- again -and this time, finds something and pulls it out. It's a small wad of cash, you can tell that it maybe holds $100 to $130 but you can't be sure. He starts counting how much he has so he can buy something to eat, if the bar has anything to eat.
Looks around again at his surroundings, and the people who are- still - staring at him. "Well, no, I just stumbled across here, really. I needed water, and something to eat, so what better place to stop than a bar? Other than bar fights, death arenas, goldfish wrestling... That sorta thing. One thing I have to say about bars is that there's always free entertainment when a fight breaks loose," Sometimes it's as if he's talking nonsense, and when he does talk nonsense, it seems to drone on for a while before he's finally finished with a sentence.
"Ah, well you see, I've never been especially talented in telepathy. Never had the time to properly learn or, well, hone the power. Even though there's that sloppy ability of mine, what are you to be able to feel a telepathic search your mind? You say you're a, 'creature of the dark' but I bet your only giving me clues, playing with that which intrigues you," He shudders a bit. He orders some food and a small drink, more alcohol, since that's all they seem to have here.

(Just wondering, are you there? Or did I post something bad? Or did I post too slowly? I could try and post faster, I just want to know if we're continuing or not, I kinda enjoyed it so far, )
Raising an eyebrow as he explained his necklace, he seemed to be hiding a few things, things that Jasmine was going to find out. “So, it’s like your very own personal four leaf clover” she jested lightly and stood, taking a seat beside him instead of on an opposite table. Taking a drink of her glass she studied him more carefully, making it look like she was just ‘checking him out’ instead of her ulterior motives that were being put in place.
“I’d watch it here, people aren’t exactly the most honest here” lowering her voice a little she gestured to his money, and a warning tone to his voice, she was having fun with him already, Yukiko could wait for now. Seeing the boys eyes fall to the menu on the wall she figured he wasn’t a vampire or demon like her, he needed nourishment. He wasn’t a ghoul or zombie either, that was obvious by his looks alone. He had no tattoos so he wasn’t a Jinn.
Twirling her red hair around her finger absently as he seemed to ramble on a bit, even more curious, either he was stalling for something to say or it was something else, or he just didn’t have every ‘branch to his tree.’
“I might be” she giggled about her giving him clues and playing with him “Well lets play twenty questions shall we, lets just say I’m not exactly on the side of good” Giving a cheeky smile she continued “I’ll start… How long have you been on the earth” she was trying to guess what he was as well and finished her drink.
((sorry, haven't had internet for a while, I wanna continue ))

When you gesture towards his money he grabs it and pockets the rest. He starts eating his food while you ask him the first question. He eats a while like he's trying to find the best way to answer that question. "Oh, this place is called Earth too? Okay, you see, when traveling the trickiest part is always having enough money, or at least knowing the currency of wherever you go. It's always different everywhere. Oh yeah, your question... I came here two days ago, I've been wandering a lot till' I found this bar, it was a lifesaver,"
It takes him a while to finish his food, then he takes a quick swig from the drink he ordered. He looked at you strangely, as if seeing something new. Now that he got to see you up close things were different, it's as if he were examining you, but examining only something he could see. It's obvious that whatever he was looking at wasn't a common visibility. He takes two more large gulps of his drink and shakes his head rapidly.
"Well, does that mean this is my turn? I'll just assume that it is," He takes some time to compile together what he's going to ask, because one question doesn't seem like enough for him right now. Then he looks at you, ready to ask a question. "Who are you waiting for? Because ever since I've entered this bar, it's seemed to me you were talking to me just to pass time. So who were you really waiting for before I entered?" He finishes off his drink and places it on the table.

What does he mean he has only been on this earth two days, strange. So he was maybe a shifter, Time traveler or maybe a teleporter. Perhaps even a witch. "Two days on Earth? Is this your first time here?" she couldn't help but ask, her curiosity was full aflame now, not that it showed much. Well maybe by subtle hints, her leaning closer to him slightly or the way she listened to his words with rapt and a feigned disinterest.
As he asked his question, looking at the half demon curiously she idly sipped her drink and raised an eyebrow, chuckling quietly under her breath at his question and raised a finger to quiet him. "Now that mah boy is not part of the game" she teased winking and shrugged. They were supposed to be figuring out who the other was, not what their motives were. "But if you must know I'm waiting for a certain black haired Bitch who owes me big time" crossing her arms over her chest she eyed him up.
"So i've ruled out most things but I have a few questions left in my books. Just how exactly did you get on earth these two days ago?"

"Yeah, two days on this Earth. I've been on others, but they're a rare break from lets say, lava and dragons and cats," He started grinding a finger nail into the table, seemingly carving something into it. He wasn't sure he should have said that, he felt that he didn't trust her well enough yet.
As Xeron listens to her second question he contemplates the answer instead of blurting out something he wouldn't actually want her to know. "I was on my way home with about three boxes of donuts when I heard this strange, eh, sound. So I walked towards the sound and found an odd gate with a little girl right next to it holding a rather large key. She offered to give me the key to that gate in return for the food I was holding. I didn't accept but she turned rabid, took my donuts, gave me the key, and pushed me through the gate. It was frightening. Well anyway, I ended up traveling for quite a long time without food or water, so i grew really thirsty, thirsty enough to drink alcohol without any bad effects. I came from a different Earth which is what I meant by, 'I have been to other Earths.' and there's a lot of stray lava on that Earth."
He had suddenly unleashed a furiously long lie that you probably wouldn't believe for a second. Then again, this is quite a strange man, so anything could be true with him. He takes a deep breath and grabs a recently refilled glass and starts quickly drinking it's contents.
"Well, my turn for a question, is it now? Eh... What is your favorite thing to do, that you do on a daily basis?" He's trying to go for questions that will determine what sort of person you are. Because Xeron is fairly sure he doesn't know what you are and he wouldn't be able to guess that. A rather naive grin appeared on his face as he lay back on the chair while he awaits your answer.
