He watched from a distance out of view.

As soon as her father calmed down and went to his room, Casey got up. She had cuts and bruises scattered across her arms and legs. She went to her room, closing the door. She put her back against the door and slide down to the ground.

He got up and started to walk away. He couldn't see much of what was happening so he figured he would just go.

Casey sighed as she heard her father pass out and decided that going into the woods in her neko form would be good for her right now. She stood up, slowly opened the door to make sure the coast was clear, then quickly left out the back door. She shifted into her neko form, letting all the cuts and bruises heal up.

He started to walk home as the light started to turn dark. There was always something that fascinated him about the dark, it was creepy and unsettling but yet still, in a way, mesmerising.

Casey quickly ran into the woods, trying to forget about what had happened that night. She had school to focus on in the morning. She found a tree that wasn't very far from the streets/ It was a large, tall oak and looked pretty sturdy so she climbed up it and laid down on one of the branches looking at the sky. She wasn't hard to see against the dark, her red eyes glowing in the night and her caramel hair shimmering in the moonlight. She was only less than a mile from her house.

Even as he approached his home, he still had a desire to go back. There was something about that girl that intrigued him. Maybe he'll go back another time. He finally went into his house.

An hour before the sun was due to come up, Casey went back home. She then got ready for school, knowing full well that because she didn't sleep at all that night that there was bags under her eyes.

He went to his bed and slept. (Fast forward to next day?)

(Sure.)

He woke up and got dressed before going to school. He felt tired but for the past few days he has been feeling tired anyway.
