Brynja listened and watched but made herself look uninterested. She looked at Damien." They want me to kill a kid?" She whispered before sighing. When no one was watching, Brynja disappeared only to reappear on a nearby roof to watch over Damien.

Damian woke several hours later as the sun was setting and kicked his box off of him. He grabbed his bread and stopped dead in his tracks, seeing a shadow being thrown across the wall of the ally. He backed up to the opposite wall and stuffed the bread in his front pocket. "Wh-whoever is th-there, I-i'm not g-giving you m-my b-bread." Damian called into the darkening alley.

Alucard sat on a bench in the park and thought. "If I'm gonna stay here, I'm gonna need to find my target. I heard there was a vammpire of some sorts here, so how am I go search for it?".

"Maybe I can help" Luna said. I do not no much about vampires but I still want help. Luna smiled at alcurd.

"I'm not going to hurt you." Brynja jumped from her perch, landing near the blocked end of the alley so he could get away from her if the young boy wanted." I wish to help you." She held her hands up so Damien would see she wasn't going to harm him.

alucard looked back at the girl. this had been the first time someone had even considered helping him. "aren't you waiting for that kid you were talking to earlier?". just then, alucard heard something from the alleyway and stood up to move towards it.

"No why jealous" luna said playfully. When she looked back at alcurd she noticed that he was standing up in alert. "What is it".

Damian backed towards the exit of the alley a little and look the girl in the eyes. "That's what everyone says before they hurt me." he said adjusting his sleeve so it would cover the newest burn on his arm. "Why would you want to help me?" he asked taking another careful step back. The wind had picked up a little brushing aside his bangs, revealing his scar on his forehead and the pink tinge in his cheeks.

Brynja removed her sword and her dagger and placed them on the ground. She even removed her wrist dagger before backing away from her weapons and kneeling down, bowing her head to show she had no intention of hurting him." I have no weapons on me. I promise you I will not harm you."

Alucard walked over to the alley and saw the boy from earlier and a girl he had never seen before. Quickly he pulled his black hand gun out of its holster and pointed it at the girl. "Excuse me young man, but is this girl bothering you? Or is it the other way around?".

"N-no." Damian said picking up her weapons and looking at Alucard. He tossed the weapons back to her and took a piece of bread and stuck it in his mouth. "How would you help me?" he asked shivering a little as the wind picked up more, causing the cold air to pierce his skin like knifes.

Alucard thought for a moment at the boys question. What would he have done to help anyway? Shoot the girl? That seemed a bit like over kill. "I'm not sure. I guess I'd try to help you escape. Anyway, what's going on? Anyone feel like filling me in? And do it quick. I've got monsters to hunt and only a set amount of time before I get fired by the village that hired me."
