How do you make bio's for your characters to make it visible for people to see when they click on the character?

The text widget is a simple one; just change the title from text to bio or whatever you wanna call it.

I think they mean they don't know how to add anything to their character? (All character pages are blank)

That should help you add widgets to new and currently existing characters. You can skip the character creation process and hop straight to step 7.

Go to your Dashboard and click on the pencil next to the character whose profile you want to edit. Click on Public Profile to get to the area, then start at step 7 in the tutorial I linked you to. Let us know if that works out!
