Moriah was just walking home from work when the sense that something was going to happen tonight, but she pushed it to the side because she had homework and studying to do. She didn't know what it could be but the feeling kept pestering her. She now knew that it was going to happen soon.
Gabriel let out a yell as he felt the angels pursuing him. He let out several more guttural growls as he flew down to the ground avoiding the angel's arrows. His black feathers lay across the air and began to fall freely as the first snow. He continued to beat his wings faster as he dodged the sharp arrows. He flew down closer to the ground more visible as he swooped past a red haired woman, and behind him a flurry of angels behind him. He let out a yell feeling an arrow pierce his wing sending him to the ground. He grabbed his dagger as he blocked the incoming blow of an angel's lance.
If having a fallen angel fly right past her wasn't a sign of what was going to happen tonight wasn't enough, then Moriah didn't know what was. She quickly went over to the fallen angel, spotting the angels coming closer to them. She turned to the angels, speaking a spell in a foreign language. As she spoke, a clear dome quickly formed around the two of them, protecting them. She turned back to the fallen angel, crouching down beside his hurt wing, she gently put her hands on the arrow in his wing. "I'm going to pull the arrow out then use a healing spell, alright?"
Gabriel flinched a bit as he saw a dome surrounding him and the red haired woman. Upon seeing rhe red haired woman he backed away from her hitting the tree. He looked to her up and down and then let out a calm breath as he began to speak in his own language before he stopped and then began to speak english."what .....your going to help me? how?" he said as he looked to her uneasy.
"I'm a witch, I know many different and powerful spells that will help. Just trust me on this." Moriah said, the arrow still in her hands. She quickly pulled it out, trying not to rip anything that is needed. She then put her hands over the wound, closed her eyes, and began to speak a spell again, but in English this time.
"Heal this wound.
Slow the blood flow.
Dull the pain.
Fix the skin.
Heal this wound,
back to its former glory."
As she spoke the spell, the wound began to heal very quickly. The blood flow slowed, the pain dulled away, and skin fixed its self over it. Where the wound was, was nothing, as if the wound had never been there.

Gabriel looked to her with amazement as she said that she was a witch. He let out a sigh of relif feeling the wound healing over. With a moments rest he was on his feet and quickly grabbed her and held her close."we need to get out of here."he said protectivly as he looked to the angels above the dome trying to get in. Some using holy light to break the barrier. He looked to her instinctively wanting to protect her.
Moriah saw the angels trying to break through the barrier but it was failing against her magic. She nodded at what he said. "If we can lose them, I can use a spell to make us look different so that they wouldn't recognize us, then we can try going to my apartment." She offered the idea, her eyes still on the angels. Are they just attacking him because he is a fallen angel or did he do something to make them come after them? She thought; she wouldn't be surprised if it was the first one.
Gabriel looked to the woman again as she looked to him and nodded."yes that magic might work, you will have to hide the fact i am a fallen angel. They are after me for that very reason. That barrier won't be able to hold up long, they are figuring out how to take it out." he said with a sigh looking to her.
Moriah nodded. That only gave her more a reason to dislike angels, beside the fact that witches and angels were rivals to the bone because angels are seen holy and all powerful when they were annoying and killed those that they saw weren't fit and witches were viewed as evil and horrible creatures that sold their souls for power, which, clearly that wasn't true. "We need to lose them. We aren't far from some forest and the darkness would allow us to lose them and be less visible."
Gabriel again gave the red haired another look as he spread his wings out and still kept her in his arms getting ready to fly into the forest not to far. He put his sights on it and looked to her."Alright I am ready when you are." he said still not sure to trust this woman, but after all she saved his life and for the moment he was indebted to it.
Moriah nodded. "Once I take the barrier down, you will need to take off." She said as she pinched the bridge of her nose, making the barrier disappear. She wrapped her arms around the fallen angel, bracing for them to take flight. She really didn't see what she did for him as much, just her helping someone out.
Gabriel the second the barrier went off he flapped his wings and in an instant was already taking off and heading towards the forest. He clutched the red head close to him his eyes foucused ahead as he shielded her from any of the Angels weapons, holy and or magic that could harm her. Several times he had to barrel roll to evade the unjust creatures as he spun into the forest ducking behind a tree he folded back his wings and looked to the red head."Do your magic now." he said plainly as he began to quiet his breathing.
Moriah held on, trying not to look down at the ground below, she was scared of heights. Once they had landed she let go of him, trying to show no fear that she had. She nodded what he said. She grabbed his wrist and began to speak rapidly in a foreign tongue as they both began to look different. Moriah's hair grew longer and shifted colors and shape, into a white blonde with waves. Her eyes shifted colors as well, with her scar seeming to disappear as her eyes turn hazel. Her clothes changed as well, into something more fit for a blonde and not her. As for the fallen angel, she change his hair to a light brown and made it reached his shoulders, his eyes turned into a watery green color and his clothes were fit for a prep school boy. She released his wrist once they were both changed. "This will last for 2 hours. This way they think we are both just humans coming back from the library or something that they would consider as good."
Gabriel nearly flinched as he looked to the red head chainging her eye color as well as her own hair. He then let out a sigh of relif feeling his own body change as well, well clothes wise and hthe rest of his features. He looked to her and nodded as he held her hand and began to walk."Thankyou, i think this will work. AGain thakyou for this" he said with a sigh of relif looking to her once more with a relived smile.
Moriah was surprised when he flinched when she began to change, it was the spell at hand. She nodded. "Don't worry about it. I really hate those angels, all witches do anyways." She shrugged. "Just follow my lead and we will be at my apartment in no time." She said, taking the lead of where they were going. "Also, just call me Moriah." She said with a gentle smile.
"Moriah, thankyou for what you have done for me. My name is Gabriel. And I do not like those angels very much anyway as well. I am much of a trouble maker but this time this trouble was not for me. "he spoke with a smile as he looked over to her and followed her lead."yes, I will stick with your lead as well."he said with a good smile.
Moriah sighed. "That's why I hate angels. They don't even try to see if who they suspect is really the one who did this. What is it that happened that they blame you for?" She knew that she had been claimed a trouble maker as well, but mainly in the Witch Clan for her mother drinking potions to give her magic ability that she was not born with, Moriah had her father to thank for her magic power.
Gabriel looked to Moriah as he let out a sigh."well mainly I am a mischief maker and I do tend to cause a lot of trouble. But it is mainly beacuse I am a fallen angel. Im still young and I do tend to get into several brawls every now and then. but on the other hand I don't like angels, the cheat and they always come in packs."he said with a sigh.
Moriah nodded. "Well, that is kind of what most teenagers do. Its only natural for people to get angry and get into fights. There is no need to really go to such extremes like that." She saw that her apartment complex wasn't much farther away from them.
Gabriel smiled and then let out a laugh as he looked over to her."Well you are right about that one Moriah, I am young and we do get in trouble. But you know with angels they do go to extemes some times. and frankly being a fallen angel well they do tend to do those things sometimes." he said as he saw the buildings coming into view.
