Dai had decided that he would ask her once class was over. He knew that guy who asked her, and he was the type to use a girl as naive as Faye was, those guys always ticked Dai off. Once the bell rang, he stood up turned to Faye. "Hey, Faye. Would you like to go to Homecoming with me?" He asked before the other guy could get a word in.

She was trying to get her notebook into her backpack and almost dropped it when she heard him. It had taken her absolutely by surprise. The guy just cursed under his breath and walked away.

"Well, I... I always go with Dana and her boyfriend, but I guess she won't mind at all." She stood up, touching the desk as a guide to not bump into another. There was a brief pause. "Are you sure you want to go with me?"

Dai wasn't surprised that the guy was not to happy with him but he really didn't care. He nodded at what she said and picked up his backpack. He almost dropped at what she had said next. "Why wouldn't I be sure?" He asked in return.

"I don't know." Faye said lowering her chin, as if she was looking at her feet. She felt her cheeks turning red. "I mean, it's okay you're watching over me today, but you don't have to do this if you don't want to.

Dai grinned and titled her chin up, knowing that she wouldn't be able to see his face. "I wouldn't asked if I didn't want to. That's what you don't know about me, Faye. I don't do anything that I don't want to." He released her chin and straighten his back.

Faye's heartbeat increased in the second he touched her face. "Okay. I was just making sure." She cleared her throat and pushed a loose strand of her hair behind her ear. "We should go to our next class. I 'll see you at lunch?" She laughed a that.

Dai was a little surprised that she blushed but he still smiled. "Yeah, I'll see ya at lunch. You want me to go ahead and walk you to your next class? Your friend did tell me to watch you while she was gone."

Faye hesitated before answering. "No, I'll be okay. I don't want you to arrive late because of me." She smiled and maneuvered through a few more desks until she made it to the door. "Here we go." She whispered to herself.

Dai nodded. "Alright. I'll see ya later than, Faye." He walked out of the classroom and headed for his next class, gym.

Her class was so excruciatingly long. After having made her way throgh the hallways, and bumping into two people and an open locker door, she'd finally made it to her Math classroom. Her nose was slightly pinker than usual because of the locker door. When the bell finally rang, she gathered her things in record time.

Dai was met up with his good friend, Jacob while on his way to gym class, which they shared. "I heard you are going to Homecoming this year, what happened man? We were all gonna do the movie marathon like we do every year." He whined, making Dai roll his eyes.
"Hey, be happy for me, man. I actually finally found another girl worth asking, one that already knows about the real world." He said, gaining his friend's attention.
"Seriously? Good job, dude!" They walked into the gym and both headed to the boys locker room.

Faye couldn't take the risk of heading to the gym on her own. Too many people, and it was far from where she was. So she just headed to the cafeteria, but then she remembered she had no idea where she should go. Where was her table? Somewhere there, lost in the room filled with students. Sighing, she walked outside, to eat her lunch on the grass by a tree.

Once lunch time had came, none of the students in the gym had a chance to change clothes. Dai wore a simple white tanktop and a pair of black shorts. He grabbed his lunch and said he was going to look for Faye. He found her pretty quickly, following her scent like any wolf demon would do. He sat down beside her. "Hey, what you doing out here?"

Faye turned her face towards his voice. "I couldn't find a place to sit at. So instead of causing a massive disaster, I thought it'd be better to eat out here." She leaned back against the tree. "And it's a peaceful place so I don't mind." She extended her hand so she could know where exactly was he, and touched his bare shoulder. "Why aren't you wearing a shirt?" She asked because that was her first impression, then widened her eyes. "Are you naked?!"

Dai nodded. "Yeah, it is peaceful out here. Its better to eat out here where if any drama happens, you can say you didn't see anything and you can get lost in your thoughts." He felt her hand touch his shoulder and tried not to burst out laughing at what she said. "I am wearing a shirt, its a tanktop. I have gym this period. Why in the world would I be at school naked?" He said, stifling a chuckle.

Her hand moved and the she felt the tanktop."Ahhh..." Faye laughed and put down her hand, searching for the Pringles she had brought. "I don't know. People do strange things. Or maybe someone could've taken your clothes and hid them. It happens all the time, from what Dana has told me."

Dai shrugged. "It has happened before, but the guys in these school know better than to do that to me unless their asking for trouble." He took bit out of his hamburger.

"Oh yes, because they know even in a subconscious level that you aren't someone to mess with." Faye nodded, wondering why would someone, that was what people would call 'a bad boy', spend time with her. There were just a few people eating outside and the weather was that perfect mix between sunny and cold. "My grandfather is Ares. One would think I'd be a little more... intimidating." She shook her head. "That's just depressing."

"I worked for Ares at one point. I can't say I liked him very much. It is better that you aren't anything like your grandfather, he is a cruel man. He wasn't too pleased with me when I decided to leave him behind to work for a Demon Lord by the name Korsos." He said, laying back against the soft grass.

Faye frowned. "You've met him? You worked for him? What type of work did you use to do?" She asked curiously, her small nose wrinkling. "My mom hates the man, and dad isn't a big fan either. They usually stay away from Olympian issues."
