Dranvar prefered going alone on his trips to gain supplies his people couldn't normally get, he went through wooded areas often and as a shaman he felt he should leave offerings to the spirits of the land. He quickly erected a makeshift alter and began pulling some flower petals from his pouch "Spirits of the land, I leave you this offering in hopes that you might grant me safe passage on my lonely travel." He then left some berries with the petals aswell nothing poisonous so as not to harm a being of nature.
He was an odd looking one as his black clothing was covered in things of nature though he didn't seem to care about that. His fur was clean as was the mane "They will grant me passage then." He walked away from his alter, waving gently to animals as he did "My how they don't seem to fear, all animals do back home, mostly cause of the Empire but my people needing meat helps with that."";

Zyro sat quietly on a fallen tree carving a new bow out of some wood, her long blond hair was pulled back as she worked. The young elf sighed softly setting the knife to the side and blew away some remaining lose wood. reaching into her bag Zyro pulled out a bow string and began putting it on the new bow. ~lets hope this one lasts longer than the other~ she thought. The blond elf had scars on her hands from miss happs with a knife, She also had on running from the left side of her neck across her throat to her right shoulder, she had gotten that from a mountain lion's claws.
The shaman listened a bit to the animals then his totems began glowing "I know you like the offering." He looked through the woods "You want me to go somewhere?" He began moving through the woods "Another shrine maybe is wanted?" He could be heard a bit off "If that's what you wish spirits."
Zyro set the now compleet bow to the side and looked up at the sky. she then reached into her bag and grabbed some dry meat to munch on as she sat there, enjoying the sunshine.
Dran blinked "Miss, is there a town near here?" He'd ask as he came upon her, his footsteps barely able to be heard "If so would you be able to show me to it?" He'd ask smiling gently towards her. His voice a gentle tone to it aswell.
the voice still startled her and she fell back off the fallen tree "oww... NO i don't think there is" she said shyly as she rubbed her back.
Dran smiled "What're you doing out here then? I mean, it's not normal for beautiful women to travel alone." He smiled lightly at her and walked over to help her up "If you'd like I can travel with you."
Zyro turned slightly red " well, i really don't have a home. But i don't mind i enjoy living in the woods" she said still a bit skittish.
The shaman smiled gently and pulled out some meat, eating it slowly "You live here? The animals act as though noone does, unless you're different than the humans." He smiled and offered her some water "It doesn't seem as needed here as in deserts, much cooler climate."
Zyro brushed her hair out of her face, her pointed ears showing more now " no thanks i have some" she said as she sat back down on the fallen tree, that was some how still alive.
Dran smiled "Okay miss, I'm Dranvar, shaman of the Leonarvin." His totems stopped glowing "Oh you wanted me here spirits?" He spoke aloud but it was obvious it was to another "Oh yes but I'm sure you would like me to go, if so I can." He'd say with a smile.
" im Zyro" She said " no you dont have to go" she said " its nice to have someone to talk to, i can get quite lonly at times"
Dran sat by her, making sure not to damage her stuff "So you're elven? Quite pretty for an elf aswell." He'd say with a smile, he had met a few but he felt she could use the compliment, especially since it's meant.
Zy smiled "Thanks" she said brushing her blond hair behind her eyes. " nice day out do day don't you think?" she asked turning her ash blue eyes to the sky.
dran nods "Very, usually I can't be out as I have to listen to my people within my home." He smiled "I get training in though, it's also nice to be meeting you though."
" nice to meet you as well" she said " i cant imagine having to be stuck inside.. then again this tree would probably be dead if it wont for me" she said patting the tree they sat on,
Dran smiled "I have to tend to the people's needs, spiritual and their medical needs. I could imagine we both have things we have to do, though they're different." He'd look up "It is a fine tree."
" " yeah its taken alot to get it to stay alive" she said smiling, rubbing the spot on her neck where the scar was , it still hurt her sometimes and even caused her to have a bit of breathing trouble but she never complained.
Dran tilts his head "Are you okay?" He'd ask lightly, pulling out a paste "If you wish I could apply something to help you if something's wrong." He'd say lightly, a bit concerned.
" just an old injury, it nothing really." she said
