" alright" Zy said smiling a little.

Dran leads her off. In the desert there were no animals out "The heat isn't something they like, it's too much for them."

" i know" Zy said looking at the sky " almost still to hot for me" she sighed a little.

Dran frowns and rubs her back "Here." He'd hand her a water skin "Drink as needed." He'd say gently.

" thanks" Zy said smiling as she took it " i love you" she said happily takeing a few drinks of water.

Dran smiles "I love you too dear." The path he was taking was a bit longer than before "Love, you know you're royalty to the high elves right? You're a lady. I guess I am a lord but that'ss only cause of Yeira calling me brother and I made that rude male spend time with the healers for trying to prove he was worthy of her and ending up hurting her... It was the first time I'd been violent with another..."

" really?, i thought they where being nice.." she said with a soft laugh.

Dran looks to her "I felt bad after that aswell, he's taken to calling me weak since. Sister has looked upto me since then as he hurt her and after I dealt with him I helped her with herbs and bandages..."

Zy smiled " she really is nice, she wants to be like you" Zy said

Dran smiles "She is my sister even if not by blood." He'd pat a horse as he walked "She is not strong physically but her heart is one of a strong person, she's gentle."

" thats good " Zy said looking at the sky again " is it hotter today than normal?" she asked drinking more of her water (( going to bed ))

Dran blinks "I don't think so." He'd close his eyes and continue to walk."

" oh, kinda feels like it" She said with a smile " it will be nice to see my old woods again." she said

Dran nods, they'd see a lone cactus standing that had been the marker for them only having a quarter of the way left to home "Well we're a quarter of the way to where we went last time." He'd brought lots of water to make sure they'd be fine.

" ok" Zy said as she drank a little more of her water.

Dran thinks "I think going further will be a better idea, pass the imperials up."

" alright" Zy smiled

Dran looks around "We'll have to stay in the inn run by the other one of my kind."

" ok, thats fine" she said with a nod

Dran smiles "We'll make it to your tree tomorrow." He would see a hurt desert wolf and hold the reins of the other horses out to her "I.. I have to help it..." He said worriedly.
