So quick warning, this will deal with heavy topics such as depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicide. Don't worry, he's just confused. This is just something for practice, and to get my character out there. And if you want to Roleplay with him, you sure are allowed to! The human I just came up with. It's not an Oc.
*Last warning*
Dante had always acted as though he was ok, he was known to get girlfriends and dump them by letting them find him with another girl, and letting their hearts break. He joked around with his friends, he drank, he smoked, because everyone did. But to tell the truth, he hated himself.
He hated what he'd let himself become just because it was considered cool or normal. He eventually stopped dating all together, and didn't mess around with girls anymore, why? Because he was cutting, and no one wanted to be in a relationship with someone like that. He sure still liked girls, just that he ended uo thinking he wasn't good enough for them, and he'd end up cheating.
Then, it happened. He had been cutting behind school grounds, where no one usually went because it was known that some kids had disappeared there at somepoint. No one knew what had happened, it was as if they had phased off of the face of the earth. It had been on the news for exactly three weeks before the media had all of a sudden shut up about it, as if it had never happened at all.
All three kids had left the same note behind, and so people assumed the worst, it had read,
'Nobody cared'
Once they'd searched the kids belongings, it showed that the kids might've had major depression and one of them anxiety.
He had been counting the cuts, feeling the warm burn that it brought and the pain, making him feel less like a hollow shell, when he saw it out of the corner of his eyes, he ignored it.
Again it was there, but clearer. He swung his head over and saw nothing, he looked back down, only for him to feel eyes on him.
He felt shiver's running up his spine, but strangely, he felt no fear. He slowly looked up and his eyes found a strange looking being, dark and silent as it was, it seemed kind of, serene for some reason.
The being reached for him, and he wanted to feel fear, he really did, but nothing, it was like his body was going against what one should usually in a situation like this.
The being merely traced his long gentle fingers over his jawline and under his chin, making him look up further.
The being looked sad, it's dark eyes and downturned mouth making it seem worried and saddened.
Dante, at that moment, felt his heart warm up, this being, that had no obligation to, seemed worried for him, and he'd started crying, letting his tears fall.
The being, to his surprise, spread his arms as if to give him a hug, but did not, as if waiting for the ok.
Dante, whenever he had a breakdown, really wanted someone else's warmth, a hug.
So he was sure he should be scared, this being was bigger than him, and offering him exactly what he craved at the moment but instead he felt more tears fall.
No one had cared so much, and this thing wasn't even human. He had spread his own arms, letting himself fall into the beings arms, that once his body collided with the beings own, wrapped around him in a cocoon of warmth and comfort.
He'd cried into the beings shoulder apparently untill he fell asleep, and when he'd awoken, the being had still been there, running his hands throught Dante's hair. He felt so warm and comfortable that he'd almost fallen back asleep.
He remembered getting up hastily when he'd noticed the hour, it being sundown and way past the time school would be done. But as he'd removed the beings arms around him, he felt a deep sence of disappointment. The world felt so cold, and he'd nearly shivered all the way home.
Things weren't bad at home, for the most part, but his parents weren't home a lot, nearly always at work or a work related travel. Now that he was 16 he only had a neighbor check on him every couple of day's. But this of course led to him being more closed off, and less in touch with his family and his home. The house didn't feel like a home, and his family felt more like stranger's.
After that he'd spent a week thinking about the encounter, mulling over it and freaking out over the fact that it wasn't human. Why had it helped him? Why hadn't he felt any fear? At all?
He tried searching it up, but little to nothing showed up besides creepypastas. Those kind of things were stupid, he was searching for real life things, not made up stories.
So, the most logical thing to do was go there. He decided that telling his friends was a bad idea as they'd call him out on reading fanfictions or using crack, or marihuana.
When he went back after school this time, he hadn't been the only person there, there was this geek kid whom was hiding from his bully's there. He felt a little bad for the kid, but what could he do?
He'd sat there for hours, and only after the kid was gone did the being show up, silent as a shadow again.
He'd been looking at his phone, spaced out when he felt something sit next to him. The hairs on the back of his kneck stood up, but no fear, this confirmed his suspicions. The being had some sort of fear dampening ability. Or something along the lines of that.

"So quick warning, this contains sexual content, as in, very badly written smut as this is the very first time I'm doing this. No no no no no. Not to be rude mate, but this is not the right forum to be doing such a thing. Also, if its primarily a story rather than a recruitment for an RP I'ed advise you to take this somewhere else like possibly in one of the roleplay forums?

Is it too much? I'm sorry! :'( I didn't know, I mean, I've read the rules and tried being as open as possible. I Just wanted to introduce my character (As in this one) because, I saw someone do something like that before. I'm so sorry! Gomenasai!
Roleplay Forum? I thought I was doing that already? I don't know a lot since I'm still pretty new. And this is my first posted thing as well! I seem to be doing everything wrong!
Hey folks! Because this is an expression of creativity rather than a role-play ad, it's been moved to the Art & Creativity forum. I will confirm that we do not allow sexual content to be detailed on the public forums, however: fictional portrayals of suicide are allowed so long as they do not glorify suicide. Mods become involved if there are descriptions of gore that go beyond the PG13-ish ratings of the public forums, not because it's explicitly suicide. So long as self-harm isn't written in a positive light, the gore isn't overly detailed, and no smut scenes follow, "Burn" is welcome to continue!
If it's primarily a story that you are writing then it would indeed go under Art & Creativity. But no worries, nobody is mad at you for making a mistake. You're new here. You'll get used to this site in no time ! You aren't doing anything bad, I assure you.
He tries to ignore the being, and he feels a tentaive pat on his shoulder, and he looks up, face burning as he is doing the opposite of what he'd come here to do. His friends would be laughing at him if they knew.
The being to his right was currently raising a dark eyesbrow of sorts, and seeming to be somewhat amused by his confusing behavior.
The beings eyes, surprised him, as even though they were darker than the reast of him, something else was there now. He looked closer and they ignited, white lights of sorts making the rest of it look darker, bur if anyrhing, more human in a way.
They sat there for hours, akward silence on Dante's part making it very difficult to get any information whatsoever, but how could he? This thing wasn't human and couldn't possibly speak either. Right?
He got up as the sun was going down, yet again, and was walking away when the being reached a hand for him, grabbimg his hand and giving it a gentle squeeze before letting it go and as Dante turned around, his dark eyebrow's furowing, because the being that had been there seconds before, was no longer there.
He walked back home, head buzzing and heat thumping, opening his houses door out of pure muscle memory and walking inside, taking off his shoes at the doorway as they were covered in mud.
He heard footsteps and then, to his surprise, saw both his parents with disapproving looks on their eyes.
"Dante! What have we told you about coming home after sundown?" His mother stated in an authoritative voice, his father hanging back and waiting for his turn, he knew he'd be here a while.
