Sorry to this post, but I am kinda spooked. Where I work has ghosts. 2 are demons, but the other one, I am unsure. I gave 2 of them names to try and not let them use fear, but the other is recent and I refuse to name it, but for this, I will call it Stabby.
William: A demon, but oddly enough seems content with small mischief. (opening freezers, moving boxes, voices, footsteps.) Stays at a distance, hates when I sing hymns and Christmas song, but only growls. If another spirit comes into the store, he gets angry and attacks said spirit. I think he is the "dominate" in the territory. He will come up to myself and anther coworker, but does not attack us, just watches.
Casper: Content with small mischief, same as William. However, he is calm when I sing said hymns and Christmas songs. I read some Bible verses my boyfriend sent me via text yesterday and he was calm. He likes to follow me around the store and is very happy when I come in. (Seriously, yesterday it was like a Pomeranian jumping around me for a few moments.) Yesterday, I was starting a push cart of drinks (juice, soda, water) and I nearly killed myself 2x with pulling down boxes that were heavy for me and over my head. He panicked when I nearly pulled out my shoulder and nearly tripped. When I pulled a third box down, I said out loud, "Maybe I shouldn't be doing this cart." In response he facepalmed. Casper gets scared when the 3rd spirt and William fight, and stays behind me.) He has the "edge" (is that the right term?) where he could be a demon, but at the same time doesn't seem to be.
Stabby: Dangerous. Saturday, he actually attacked me. I had a stabbing sensation multiple times in the right ribs and the sensation of claws across where my liver is. He and William fought and it seemed like William won. This is due to when I came in yesterday, Stabby was ticked off, but couldn't touch me.
I don't know what I going on, I can only say what I have seen and heard. To be honest I am scared. If it helps, some years ago, a young boy drowned in the river behind the building. According to my coworker, Casper may be the young boy, but I don't think so due to what I have sensed. Plus, I don't believe that human souls can stay in the physical realm.
Thoughts? Or am I just nuts? If this not an ideal topic to have on here, feel free to delete.

Hm...You might have a small connection with these spirits. Try to bond with them and get them to trust you, in order to find the purpose. I cannot see or hear spirits like that, but I do sense their presence.
I know that Casper seems harmless, but I am unsure about the third one. Stabby is there to cause harm. William, he's more "Don't piss me off." I have no training in my ability, nor do I know anything about it. I asked my boyfriend to ask some people at church, they warned to be careful. For obvious reasons of course. Is it a good idea to bond with them, despite the fact that I am starting to bond with Casper?
However, internet research brings up nadda. They cannot follow me home, but I know Mom and Dad's house is protected by God and His angels (Please don't diss my belief.)
Edit: How do you get a spirit to trust you? William and Casper messed with me the first week or so I started the job. Once they found out that I was staying and I wasn't scared of them, they stuck with small mischief. They just ruffled my hair and breathed into my ear, stuff like that.

In my experience....I've flat out and very firmly told a bothersome/malicious spirit to "Go away, they have no power over me. Stop and leave me be or steps will be taken to ensure their removal."
Those steps of course are a slightly lengthy cleansing and rasing protective barriers.
I don't take any crap from the living, I am certainly not taking it from the non living.

I have tried that, all that really happened is that Stabby cannot touch me anymore.
My mom would argue that human ghosts absolutely can linger and are far more common than demons. A house she spent part of her childhood in had a small boy her sister feared, but he was harmless.
There is an island with a beach that she refuses to ever go to again. She said walking across it felt like walking across piles of bones and that she felt intensely unwelcome.
Many cases of suspected hauntings are mistakes, though. There's an online ghost hunter community of skeptical believers working on that. The first thing they do is exhaust every non-supernatural explanation to ensure it's he real deal, especially since some of the mundane explanations are seriously dangerous. One of the common results is just a gas leak that can cause feelings of dread, pressure, and even hallucinations.

All the employees know the place is haunted. All the non--supernatural reasons have already been exhausted. The coworker I am with a lot and I still check to make sure it is not something else in the building, but normally we can tell.
I guess I don't see a reason for human souls to stick around. The way I see it, they either go to Heaven or Hell. I do think that sometimes God will allow souls the visit earth for a brief time. However, Casper cannot seem to leave, unless I tell him to follow me. (Asked him to follow me outside the building on Sat to give him a breather and he did. Don't worry, he went back into the store and doesn't follow me home.)

The common "reason" for ghosts is being "not ready" like not realizing they're dead, being bound to something for any number of reasons (oath, trauma, etc), just being confused.
The value of a ghost hunter community is bigger. It is likely that a whole community could come up with alternatives you would not think of. More importantly, a community dedicated to that sort of thing would be a lot more helpful in deciding what to do next than this one would. You would have more experience with this stuff at your disposal from people who can tell you not just what helps but what common mistakes to avoid that could make things worse.

I'd have to see if there is a ghost hunter community in my area. I know there is a "Haunted Adirondacks" group, but I think they focus more on the tourism/ history rather than the actual ghosts. If I can find one, I will see about asking them what to do.
I'm just scared and very untrained in my abilities. I'm an empath of sorts.

Online communities exist.
I found a paranormal group and sent a message. Any online communities you know of?

Hoo boy. I would not advise bonding with something you feel is a demon. These reasons are tied to me religious beliefs so I won't go into them here because of the rules but basically in all the stories they are never there to do you good. I do believe that ghosts can stay awhile sometimes, I have never heard or seen a ghost but believe I've felt their presence once or twice. In my view, it might happen to bound for heaven who refuses to go with whoever gets sent to escort them, and it is my belief that they can later go. I also believe people can visit people, especially in dreams, but it's different for everyone. Some people are more grounded in this reality than other people and never sense anything like that, and that's ok too. It's just their path. This is all just my opinion.
I do want to say, though, that although I don't doubt that you could be actually seeing and hearing things that are supernatural to consider the possibility that it might be mental illness causing hallucinations. A dopamine system that's not functioning correctly for whatever reason can and absolutely does cause auditory hallucinations and visual ones, and even feelings like you mention. I know for sure because my mom gets auditory hallucinations (although she almost never talks about it and won't admit it or deny it when confronted directly about it). If it is that, certain meds can decrease the frequency of the hallucinations or possibly end them completely. Even if others have felt the same thing, it could be the power of suggestion. It's something to look into/possibly ask a doctor about.
I guess I would ask if you've had hallucinations before that are non-religious, that might be a clue as to whether or not this is one, and I guess whether or not medication decreased the frequency would be a way to test whether it's a hallucination, which is something for a doctor to prescribe.
However, and this part is going to go behind a collapse tag because it's religious...

Religious stuff
If it is what you feel it is, I would like to point out that even if it is a demon, and even if you cast it out using the scriptures and your faith...sometimes it takes more than one time and more than one person, because, for instance, an example of when it didn't work the first time is in Matthew 17:21 and it give other instructions for that one case -- so it's not always clear cut. I still don't see how hymns and scriptures wouldn't bug a demon, so the fact that you feel like Casper is one makes me think maybe all of this is a hallucination, which if it is, is a more common occurrence than you might think!

Thank your for your reply. If it is a hallucination, then that means my coworker has the same issue. I am not throwing it out of the picture though, and I will ask a doctor about certain things eventually. Life just won't allow it at the moment.
I am not trying to bond with them, William and Casper were there first, well before I got hired, so I guess it makes no sense for me to chase them out of their "territory." I don't know what is going on, all I know is that I can emotion and intent of people, and it seems like I can sense spirits as well. However, I have no control over it. Saturday, not even 5 minutes after I clocked in, I got dizzy, weak, and pale. Yes, I get dizzy spells, but they are never bad, just a brief "mind spin" and I need to stand for a minute before continuing whatever I am doing.
The third demon can get the heck out, I want him gone. I really want to ask someone to come in and get a second opinion, but don't want to alert the other managers. My coworker (technically a manger) and I both see activity every time we are on shift. The others know the place is haunted, but think the demons are not demons and are harmless.
I got an air of danger when I first sensed them. I still get that feeling, but I am confused. I know something is there, but I refuse to leave my job. Maybe Casper is not a demon, but I don't know. All I can do is give the facts as I see them.
Also, should mention, same coworker said that a customer actually got attacked and there claw marks on the customer's face. The customer is fine, and still pops in every so often.

I can usually feel the presence of spirits and...negative spirits occasionally. I don't personally want to say demon. They really just feel like angry/frustration spirits in comparison.
Like after my moms death for a long time I felt like she was clinging onto me. I tried to just dismiss it as grief but after a certain point it was just too big of a coincidence. I felt like she was always around me casting some negative energy. I've always been pretty psychic (I experience a lot of telepathic communication/sharing of emotions with my best friend and feel a lot of strange things from people, am particularly good at tarot reading though I don't do it much these days) and am at the point where I can tell what is my anxiety/depression and what is not.
I essentially said 'You need to stop, let go, you can't do this to me anymore, you can't hurt me anymore and need to go somewhere else, I refuse to let you do this to me.' and felt a significant difference after that. Didn't feel like I was suffocating anymore from the energy, no more doors slamming or the scent of the cigarettes she smoked, no more nightmares.
Most of my experience with spirits are pleasant though, or just neutral. Gently opening/closing doors, impossible breezes, giggling, ect. Things that aren't really harmful and don't give me bad feelings.
Most recently I was home alone baking cookies - the flour was on the counter because my dad had put it there earlier but the sugar was in the cabinet above the stove still. I didn't want to open the cabinet because it hadn't been cleaned that day from grease splatters so the handle was greasy. So I decided to get the butter out first and then grab a napkin to clean the cabinet but when I turned around with the butter, the sugar was on the counter and the cabinet door was open.
I jumped and then laughed and was like 'ohh jeez, thanks but don't scare me like that!' and moved on.

Nice.
We have had a few time where we were laughing, but I won't mention what my coworker did Saturday as it was kinda stupid and you guys will probably kill me.
