Blaze adopted the same posture, shaking her head at the man. "Most of our men will not back down, but if they fail, we need to survive and have a back up plan."

"Just because they can't die, doesn't mean that they can't be stopped. It's not like their skin is like metal, it can stil be cut throigh. We can still make then a least immobile, or possibly capture one guy and question him." Vinrainla said.

He sighed and rubbed his face. "Many will die, but I will give the order to focus on cutting those bloody legs off." Blaze knew that they'd probably be sent to the tunnels if they stayed there. "Great, you do that. We'll go to tend the injured." She smiled sweetly and nudged Vin to play along.

Vinrainla nodded and also smiled, "Yes, we will tend to the injured in the mean time."

The captain dismissed them and called a man to order him to communicate what was to be done. Blaze quietly slipped out of the room and then, in spite of herself, laughed. How could she be laughing in a moment like that? She was really crazy.

Vinrainla chuckled as she watched her and raised an eyebrow, "Anything on your mind?"

"We should stay near the main door and..." Blaze looked around, trying to think about something else to do. "The arrows! We still have arrows, right? I could give them some dragon breath and... Well, it won't kill them, but we could give the guys out there a chance to stop them."

"I'm sure we still have plenty of arrows to go through, and I guess that will work." Vinrainla said, nodding her head.

"Yay! We can help! We need to find a good spot from where to shoot though." Blaze tapped her chin. "You're the expert, suggestions?"

"I would say from a point that is not ground level, but also not as high from where we originally were." Vinrainla told her."

She snapped her fingers. "Genius! C'mon, we have to hurry!" She said starting to run to find one of those spots where soldiers kept watch.

Vinrainla nodded and followed her from close behind.

Blaze found one and peered outside. "I think this one should do, right? I could shoot a fly from here." Poor girl started saying nonsense when she was nervous.

Vinrainla shrugged her shoulders and peered out, "Well, it does seem alright. Let just give it a go."

She nodded. "Then I'll take the one there." She said pointing back. "Good luck!" Her hands were already busy fixing the arrow in the string before everything got worst out there.

Vinrainla sighed, picking up a bow and knotching multiple arrows on the string at once, "Yes, you too."

Blaze aimed at the undead that had gotten past the defenses and were a little too close to the fortress and shot, being the legs her main objective. She noticed there were many of their soldiers sprawled on the ground and she prayed none of them was Ryoran.

(Oh Lordy just the second day if school and I'm already pounded with homework Dx)

Vinrainla by her lip as she shot at the army that were more far away from the fortress, her arrows easily piercing through their metal armor. After a few trials, she finally figured out where exactly to hit then to make them immobile. Though after seeing all of thier men on the ground, motionless, she wondered if she should just go down onto the field instead of using her bow and arrows.

Blaze noticed more and more of the enemy being defeated because of them getting distracted by the arrows. And also that it wasn't just Vin and her anymore, but others archers who had seen them there. "It's working!"

Vinrainla's lips slowly grow into a large grin when she heard Blaze, and also saw it for herself. She continued shooting her arrows, trying to take down as many as she could.
