"Ugh, those zombies are gross." She muttered continuing. There were a lot of them, but if they could hold until mid day, maybe they'd be safe enough.

Vinrainla pursed her lips then lowered her bow to rest for a few moments. There certainly where a lot of them, and it was tiring just shooting arrow after arrow constantly.

Then Blaze caught a glimpse of something in the horizon and almost started jumping around out of joy. "We've got backup people!"

Vinrainla instantly let out a relived sigh. She looked over at the horizon and spotted the backup that was approaching the mountain. "That's just fantastic." She said softly, though it was really more to herself than to somebody.

She watched as their soldiers down in the field gave battle cries, with renewed energy and lunged at the enemy. "It was about bloody time." She smiled, knowing it was the same Ryoran would've said. "We'll either force the to retreat or cut off a lot of limbs." She made a face.

"Yeah, with these new guys I don't think this will last any longer." Vinrainla said, smiling as she eat he the scene unfold. She then scanned the field, trying to find out we're Ryoran was, though it was a little difficult.

Blaze noticed they weren't retreating and sighed. "You know, it doesn't feel like we've won this." She shot an enemy soldier that was about to kill someone else when his back was turned. "This... what those guys are is unnatural."

Vinrainla drew an arrow back and shot a guy several times, bringing him down. "I have to agree with you. There has to be some magic involved with these guys."

"After this, we'll need to figure out how they are doing it because I'm sure they'll come back, and when they do, I doubt we'll be able to get through it again." The battle was wearing off, and there were already people carrying the wounded and the dead inside.

Vinrainla sighed, nodding her head lightly as she watched the men carry some people inside. She hoped that none of them were Ryoran. "We definitely won't win the next time these guys come back. Because I'm sure that if they do, they'll be much stronger than this. But yes, we do need to question a few."

Blaze was growing more anxious and then stopped shooting. "I can't take it." She walked towards where Vin was. "Let's go make sure my brother didn't get himself killed."

Vinrainla bit her lip slightly and nodded her head. A part of her wanted to know if he was okay, but the other part didn't even want to know what his current stays was, in case if something did happen to him.

Blaze led the way to where she'd heard would be used as the infirmary. It was a large room, chosen exactly because of that, to host the multiple soldiers that would need medical aid.

Vinrainla pursed her lips as she scanned the room, trying to find Ryoran somewhere, if he was here.

Blaze was searching around as well. That's when she saw a guy lying on a bed that looked like Ryoran and inmediately rushed to his side. But then realized it was not him and sighed.

"Make some space, people!" Ryoran's voice came from the behind her. He was helping another three men carry a soldier.

Vinrainla quickly spun around and grinned widely when she saw him, an immediate relief washing over her.

He had several cuts on his arms and two on his face, but he'd be okay, and was really proud about that. When he and the others set the man down on an improvised bed, he finally noticed Vin and Blaze there. "You made it!"

Vinrainla smiled and walked up to him, "We sure did, I'm glad your fine as well."

He picked her up in a hug and even spun her around. "I'm glad too. We're freaking alive!" Blaze cleared her throat and even though she was happy about them, was angry they'd sent immortal soldiers to fight. Many others had died before they started to fight smart.

Vinrainla laughed softly and gave him a quick kiss. "We can celebrate later. Right now it would be best if we helped the others."
