"Hello," he murmured in return, turning his head again to look at her better. He shifted the Humvee into park and scratched the top of his head, ruffling the blond hair that was slowly starting to grow out of the buzzcut he had normally kept it in.
Cora smiled and pecked at his cheek, then went to get out of the humvee, closing her door, and sitting against the body of it. She lets out a deep sigh, thumping her head back against the car, keeping her eyes closed as she smiled a bit.
Anthony got out as well, stretching and yawning as he looked around. "Now where'd Katana Boy disappear to?"
Nick was walking through the forest to be alone. He needed to be alone sometimes- it felt good to not hear anyone else talking or asking him questions or commenting on something or whatever it was people did. Here it was just himself and his katana.
That's what he figured, at least. Whether that was true or not, he didn't really care.
He wouldn't get lost; he had a pretty good sense of direction, unlike some people he had previously known.

She shrugs, "Iunno... best we leave him alone though I think... kinda owe it to the anti-social bug." She snickers quietly.
"Yeah. He's an interesting fellow, to say the least."
Nick finally stopped when he reached a stream of sorts, and he stared at it cautiously.
Like a flash his katana shot out and speared a fish. He held it up for inspection, finally deciding it wasn't too bad. He slipped it into his pocket for the time being and sat down to continue fishing in the odd way he had.

Cora shrugs, "Everyone is." She looks up towards Ant, "Thanks for not shooing me off with my brother..."
"Shoo you off? I'm never gonna shoo you off, Cora. Hell, I was depressed enough as it was when you left of your own accord. Nick can testify to that."
"Testify to what- you know, I don't actually care," Nick corrected himself, showing off the half dozen fish he had speared on his sword as he came back out of the trees. "Anyways, I got us lunch."

Cora flinched at Nick's voice, peaking over at him as she stood, but smiled quite a bit at the fish, "Don't think I've ever had fish before." She rubs at the back of her neck with a snicker.
"We need to get you a bell," Anthony commented, causing the other to smile ever so slightly.
"Here." He flicked the sword and dumped the fish on the hood of the Humvee. "I hope you guys like it 'cuz it's gonna take forever to get the fish stink out of the handle. I'm gonna start a fire."

Coraline blinks, walking over to sniff at the fish, making a disgusted face, but shaking her head, "Guess I can't be too picky." She snickers a bit, but looks back at Anthony to continue(ish) their conversation, "What do you mean you were depressed?" She frowns.
He shrugged, watching Nick build a base for the fire. "I was sad. I didn't have you there to talk with and cuddle with or anything. Just as soon as you'd come you'd gone, and it made me sad."
Cora frowned a guilty frown, going to hug him tight, "I-I'm sorry Ant... i-if I can I'll try and stay a little longer this time." She nods, nuzzling into his chest.
He patted the back of her head with a great paddle of a hand. "It's okay. I'm gonna start guttin' the fish."
She nods a bit, not letting go for a few moments though, but once she did it was a bit reluctant. "Need help or anythin'?"
He looked over his shoulder at Nick, who was gently coaxing the fire to life. "Take the fish over to KB for me when I'm done with 'em, please, so we can start the cooking process."
Cora smiles a bit and nods, moving her hands behind her back, holding either of her forearms with each, bouncing on her toes as she watches Ant closely, humming a bit.
Anthony unsheathed the Bowie knife he kept at his hip and started gutting the fish, dumping the unneeded stuff on the hood for later use. You never knew when you'd need fish guts- he knew they could be used as bait for more fish, if they could get their hands on a fishing pole.
"There we go," Nick murmured half to himself as the flames rose to a reasonable height. "Still got that touch."

Cora looked over at Nick and smirked, and as Anthony finished with the fish, she took them over to Nick, squatting close to the fire, "You want any help?" She gives a hopeful smile.
"Hold this," he told her, handing her a stick he had sharpened with his katana. Then he started taking the fish from her and spearing them on the stick, shaking his head once or twice to get his thick black bangs out of his eyes.
Coraline did as told, giving a very happy smile, glad to be helping. "So... is what Ant said true?" Her smile fades a bit, "Was he really that sad?" She asks quiet enough so that Anthony couldn't hear from the humvee.
