Do you ever get working on a new oc or have an oc and you just want people to ask things about them? Like those "ask my oc stuff threads" or "assume things about my oc" threads?

Absolutely!
I think that's why there's so many forum games surrounding IC responses actually. Perhaps you should start one where character's have to answer perhaps 3 questions each? That way not only is it fun for already developed characters, but can help others flesh a new one out.
