Isamu stared, he couldn't help it. He had never seen a hawkling before. They certainly lived up to the stories he had heard about their beautiful flowers.
Miko crouched down in a middle of a field of flowers humming to herself and gently touching the flowers. Until Zofella started running towards her screaming malady Miko, malady Miko how did you get here. Miko frowns and turns around and tries really hard to ignore her.
"I would highly appreciative if you could tell us where'd we get such help. It's kinda important," Nick asked, tilting his head slightly as he studied Kiera with his dark green eyes.
Malady did you come here to find a hawkling too? Zofella crouches down to pick at the flowers but Miko slaps her hand with a fan. I only came just to admire the gorgeous flowers and don't touch the flowers. Miko looks down smiling at the flowers, malady how I'd you get here, did you run away, did you walk? Zofella shouts in curiosity, Miko keeps ignoring her, hey you're igniting me!
Keina placed her free hand on her hip, "Well, that depends on what you need help with. My reply is simple... if you don't tell me what you need help with then I won't tell you where to go to find it." She was certainly a very stubborn young woman with a big attitude.
"Lark, Isamu, take over here for me, will ya? I can't explain it as well as you guys can." He stepped aside before going to inspect Keina's attempted captors.
Miko I could help you if you want Miko turns around with a slight smile on her face.
Raylmar stayed relatively quite, as he wasn't so sure on how to respond to what he just saw, and the attitude that the hawkling had.
"My brother is in need of help to learn how to control his inner demon. If he doesn't get help by his next birthday he will turn into his demon form forever." Lark explained.
Keina crossed her arms across her chest and raised an eyebrow, "So?" She asked Lark in a snarky manner. "Thats not my problem. If you want help then you must continue up the mountain. There are some other demons at the top that may be able to help you."
As for Keina's captors, the man tangled in the net was still thrashing around in the water. When he saw Nick he screamed for help, "Get me out of this water so I can put an end to that vicious demon!"
By the body of the otber attacker was a bag of furs and skins from animals that they had hunted. Some were the skins and feathers of animals with protection laws. These men were obviously poachers.

Isamu pulled his hood down to cover his eyes and walked back over to his horse. If this hawkling wouldn't help him, then who would? She said their were other demons at the top of the mountain, but what kind? Maybe it was even a trap. Isamu was starting to lose hope.
Nick frowned when he saw the animal pelts, scowling at the other man in the water. Now he was torn; he felt a little bit of pity for the guy because he knew he wouldn't want to be in that situation either, being stuck in the water like that, but he also felt a deepest loathing for him for all the animals he had slaughtered. He paused, unsheathing his katana and twirling it in his hand, wondering if the poacher would be of any use at all to them or not.
"If you don't kill her now she will maul you in your sleep!" The poacher hollared at Nick. "Besides, her feathers are worth as much as gold... if not more! Save me and make yourself a rich man!"
Hearing this, Keina whirled around and stormed down the dock. She grabbed the net and hauled the poacher up onto the dock, then placed her foot on his chest.

"I'm not exactly worried about the mauling," Nick told the poacher, studying his sword as he whirled the singing blade in front of him, "I can handle myself. To be honest, I distrust you more- no offense, you're very frightening," he told Keina before turning his attention back to the poacher. "Riches don't excite me. I have no use for them, really. I never stay in one place too long, so what's the point? I have all I'll ever need with me. And even if I wanted to be rich, I wouldn't acquire it illegally." The sword was brought to a halt and he glared at the poacher sinisterly. "I don't like poachers much. Vile people, they are, killing animals for no good reason at all. Vermin, that's what they are, vermin that should be exterminated, don't you agree?"
The poacher narrowed his eyes and grabbed Keina's ankle. He held her tight and flipped her off of the dock and into the water.
Keina re-surfaced and grabbed the man by his pantleg, dragging him off of the dock. The two then engaged in a hand-to-hand fight. Keina slugged the man across the face. The poacher grabbed her around the waist and pulled her under the water.
After a few moments the water went still. Several bubbles hit the surface and popped. Keina's head emerged and she grabbed the dock, dragging herself up and out of the water.

Nick had watched all of this, a slightly amused smirk on his face.
"That was rather uncalled for on his part, wasn't it? Seemed like a pretty big mistake to me."

Keina stood and wrung the water out of the fox tails that hung at her waist. She then turned and watched as the Poacher's body reached the surface and floated there. Kiena looked at Nick, "Name's Keina Alappassi. Im a hawkling from far off lands."
"Nicky Lee," he introduced himself with a nod and a slight smile at the now dead poacher. "I'm a warrior from the east, if you couldn't tell by the sword." He flicked the katana so it was sideways, showing an intricately carved eastern dragon at its hilt as its maker's mark, before sheathing it again in the sheath on his back.
"And I'm Raylmar, and this is Dimeria," He said, guesturing to his raven."I'm certainly not from around here." He then waved at her.
"I see. So... you people are in need of assistance? I suppose I may be able to help you out... but not for long. I must be on my way... I have things to do."
