Sith Lord, soon to be Empress.
Vampire: no, although I've played as a [EDIT: zombie, seriously? good god] vampire hunter before.
Werewolf: yeah, I have sweet little Bernard ^^
Zombie: no, but I have a crapload of zombie hunters xD
Ghost: technically lance is a ghost in the end, although he's not on here
Android/Robot: when Nick's a Jedi he has a little droid called R6 follow him around. R6 isn't an official official character but I like him a lot
Fae: not... Yet
Demon: see fae
Alien: I have the most awesome alien character in High Commander. He's just too bad x3 I love him so much. He's in the same universe as Jason and Nick's first backstory (Nick is just schizo like that- I can claim he's been in every genre now xD)
Wizard/Witch: HARRYPOTTERHARRYPOTTERGANDALFGANDALFGANDALFSNAAAAAAPE

Wizard/Witch: HARRYPOTTERHARRYPOTTERGANDALFGANDALFGANDALFSNAAAAAAPE
I have a ghost and two witches.
For my ghost, she is able to touch humans and talk to them, but only a few can actually see her when she is want to be seen.
My witch 1, Abby. She is a total sweetie, but her memory had been erased after five years of having her beloved daughter, who of which got Amnesia, forgetting her own mother. Her heritage is a mixture of many different witches and was suppose to end when her mother was born a human but it skipped a generation on to Abby and her, now deceased, brother.
My witch 2, Moriah. She is the daughter of the leader of a witch clan who happens to be a fake witch and uses potions to give her the power she has. So, Moriah ran away from the witch clan and is now trying to make it on her own in this world.

Some of these are probably going to overlap for me, because of reasons.
Vampire: I actually don't have any vampires in play, right now, though I used to play me some good ol' tabletop VtM. I've been looking into revamping one of my old World of Darkness characters.
Werewolf: Actually never had one of these.
Zombie: Eehh. The closest I come to a zombie type, I think, is my character Splice, who's really more of a construct/golem. Just, you know. With parts of dead people. And some old garden hoses.
Ghost: Splice, again, oddly. In his natural state, he's incorporeal. There's also the Ghost (appropriately named, hyuck). Neither of these are spirits of the departed, so much as aethereal entities, though.
Android/Robot: The Construct Body and its creator, Spiderwise, probably come closest to this, though they're more... Gigerish biomechanoids.
Fae: Don't think I've ever played one.
Demon: LOL WELL there's Vargouille, I suppose. Who also counts as a sort of vampire, I suppose. After a fashion. There's also Tuval, who's a pseudo-demon by way of camouflage.
Alien: If you count the extraplanar as aliens as well as the extraterrestrial, then Ignymn and Tuval could fit this.
Wizard/Witch: The Magister, Taiel Seer and Visith Gli. Some of my other headchildren also know a bit of magic, but I wouldn't consider them wizards, per se.
Priests & Holy Things: Tuval, again. He's both a priest/monk and founder of a "good-aligned" subspecies/movement. Also, Saluda, my irritable swamp shaman.
Other: I've got Ignymn, who's a sort of Lovecraftian eldritch abomination.
... And then, there's this guy.

Haha, I only have one 'regular human' character.
Some of my others are:
Plant 'Homunculi': Created by an aging sorceress to aid in her work, Jhaes and Tathar were made from the spirit of a tree.
Enchantress: Makes all the magical items you find in high level DnD dungeons, along with household enchantments to make life easier.
Anti-magic Dragon: Spells just flow off of this spoiled noble.
'Mermaid': A blood-thirsty creature with an eye for shiny things.

Vampire - None.
Werewolf - Estelle says she's one and if you count a character has charictersics of both a wolf and a human maybe she'd fit, but really she's more like a funny cartoon animal type of wolf like from the old looney tunes shorts than a human that changes with the full moon into a wold creature. So no real werewolves.
Zombie - None
Ghost - None
Android/Robot - Do enchanted dolls count?
Fae - Dandy is a fairy, his wife is a troll, etc. He was meant to be old fae evilish but I fail at RPing really evil characters so he's not so evil now.
Demon - Not really. Dandy's sister is a succubus but I'm counting her a subspecies of fae instead of as a deamon. Their dad's satyr and their mom's a fairy so in my head it makes sense.
Alien - Helix is an shape shifter who's species is not of this earth and despite them not keeping track of their own history it can be assumed that they are aliens. They have been living hidden in plain sight on earth for centuries however and don't know their own origins. They don't seem to be a threat to humanity, but their existence isn't widely known by humans so assumptions will likely be made.
Wizard/Witch - Mike is a tomboy wizard that kills spiders, befriends all things fuzzy and fears horses and traitorous zebras which were relived to be horses.
