Today I learned my sister and uncle have tails.

Yesterday I found out that Pandas have a "dark side?" They often give birth to twins then abandon the weaker one to care for the stronger one. (!) Believe it or not, I learned this from a comedy show. Who knew?

Just to elaborate, this is done out of necessity. Their diet barely gets them enough nutrients to support one baby, let alone two. There's a zoo that found a work-around - swapping the babies out periodically and personally caring for the one not currently with the mom. So far, it seems to be working fine.
