In this roleplay, there will most likely be a vast number of sub-conflicts happening, depending on how many people wish to join, which I hope is quite a few.
The main conflict, however, is that the fantasy characters of your choices are trying to prevent the end of the world, then-eventually-four (maybe more maybe less... depending on how many join, once again) will be chosen to rule the new world.
Once they are chosen, there will be conflict regarding the others who wish they would have the seats of power. I'm very open to suggestions, and, as you can see, it's not a very strictly set plot.
Obviously, there will be conflict betwixt characters, since they are fighting for power. If you're interested, please pm me.

The preferred races are listed below, but I'm fine if you don't like any of them and would prefer a different one:
Orc: warrior-type, but are relativelypeaceful Orcs are fairly tall (5'6-6'7") and usually have blue or purple eyes, sometimes brown. Their skin can range from grey-blue, green, to pure black. They have slightly pointed ears, and their hair is usually black or brown. Some lighter-skinned orcs have reddish hair.
Elves: Battle-smart The shortest are about 5'2", the tallest are usually about 6'5". They typically have blonde or light brown hair, some cases have black hair. Their skin colors are the same variations as humans. They have pointed ears and usually have green or golden eyes, rarely blue. Wood wlves can transform into animals of their choice. High//Dark elves cannot, but are more experienced in more academic//alchemical matters.
Fae: High Fae: usually 5'9"- 6'4". High Fae can transform into animals of their choosing and have very pointed ears and sharp features. Fae: on average 4'11- 5'3" some have animal-like features All fae can have any hair or eye color you can imagine.
Fairy: book-smart The smallest can be the size of your pinky nail, the largest being the size of your hand. They typically have wings, but not always. Fairies of important lineage usually have turquoise eyes, otherwise their eyes can be any color, as with hair and skin.
Dwarf: battle-smart//smithing-smart 5'- 5'5" Normally have red or brown hair, their skin color spectrum being the same as eleves and humans. Their eyes are many shades of brown, sometimes almost reddish.
Barghest: warrior//maurader type Wolf-bear type They appear almost human, somewhat elvish. They can be any height, and their eyes can be green, blue, or purple. Any skin color. They transform into hell-hound type animals, sometimes remotely resembling werewolves.
Goblin: 3'9"- 4'11" some are shorter. They have black or brown hair. They have slender figures and hands. Their eyes are red, yellow, or black. Greenish-grey skin (any shade)
Ryrik: warrior//marauder//rebel//raider type Very tall; 5'9- 6'10//11" They are incredibly strong and are usually male. They have dark hair(always). Blue or green eyes, very rarely brown or purple. They have either very pale skin or almost black skin and have pointed ears.
REMEMBER: NONE OF THESE ARE REALLY NECESSARY IF YOU REALLY DONT LIKE THEM. I'm open to others as well.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Iron age
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
