The fair skinned girl couldn't help but sigh in content as she sat in a bar of some description, holding a cocktail of some description in her hand she looked around the desolate place her brown eyes falling on the bartender who rolled his eyes as he cleaned a glass "You know Tsuki, your reputation is bad for business" he spoke some scorn in his face as he brushed a strand of grey hair from his knowing silver eyes, eyes that held many secrets.

Tsuki giggled devilishly as her eyes glanced at the aging man and she shrugged, brushing some imaginary crumbs off her plain black dress, it looked like she was about to attend a funeral if not for the malicious look in those evil brown eyes. "Not my fault I happen to kill for a living" She retorted and stood in a smooth motion, walking to the bar and resting her elbows on the counter "Just be lucky you make a good cocktail or you'd end up like him" at that she gestured to the bloody corpse behind the bar, he was unfortunate enough to spank her ass as she walked by and thus the bar was empty in a matter of seconds.

Today was going well so far, she had one kill under her belt for today, had a good drink made by her favourite bartender and some nice music playing in the background. Nothing could improve this mood at the moment.

Ulysses leaned against the wall of a small shop across the bar. Maybe if he hadn't been requested to kill the bartender as well he would've had a drink for himself after he finished his duty for the night, but he couldn't complain. His secret wealth kept him supplied with constant bottles of Mascato wine.
Through his mask he eyed the girl. It was the way she walked, moved her hands, her fingers, how she looked at things, her entire demeanor displayed that she has a similar job to his. Kill and leave. It was simple, but tonight one hunter will hunt another.
Of course he'd done this before, but it's very time consuming and time is something he does not have at the moment. They gave him two weeks to have this finished, more than enough time, but there was also something else she brought out in that demeanor of hers. This one isn't human.

The hairs on the back of her neck prickled as she felt the presence of someone staring at her but acted none the wiser. She was a half demon, not exactly as powerful as a fully fledged demon but still strong enough to pinpoint his approximate location. He was actually so close, but why was he watching her was the question. Taking a sip of her drink she lowered her voice so the barkeep could only here "Twelve o'clock... Any idea?" The barkeep glanced in the direction and quickly away and shrugged "Looks like a strange kid with a mask on" The barkeep wasn't afraid of Tsuki, one of the only ones and it was strange, one of the reasons Tsuki had never bothered to kill him. Even when he was an inch from death he only seemed to smile in a mysterious way. He amused her so she kept him around. Well that and he made a good Sex on the Beach.

With his patience running low, he peered down at his watch. Ten minutes already wasted. He had to get things moving. Out of the interior of his thick sweater he pulled out two needles. One for the barkeeper, one for her.
He lifted his hand and with a simple flick of his finger the needle cut through the air silently and punctured the man in his neck. Eventually he'd die with all the blood that would suddenly rush up to his head.
He waited for the girl to make her move. He'd like an actual challenge if she were any.

Just before it hit her her hand gripped the needle, mid air and caught it in it's tracks. She smirked still facing away from him the frowned and looked at the barkeep whom was struggling for breath before he grew still, there was nothing she could do to help and she clicked her tongue "I liked that barkeep" she said rolling her eyes and twisting round, looking directly at the assassin and wiggling a finger at him as she tsk'd shaking her head lightly and threw back the needle at the same speed he had thrown it. she curled a finger a teasing smirk on his face as she curled her finger, indicating him to come over. This kid wanted to play. Fine, she'd play.

He waved his hand over to have the needle puncture his glove. Alright, so that wasn't a bad first impression, but he still couldn't play at this game long.
His head tilted at her as she urged him on, as if to ask her if she really wanted him to come over there. Knowing that the girl wasn't completely what she looked to be, he decided that if anything got strange, he'd have to revert to his heritage though he'd rather not show it on Earth, but a job is a job and you get it done anyway you can. Around his lower torso was a band that held his selective few.
Ulysses began toward the bar, pulling out a AK-47, one of his personal favorites out of many assault rifles.

Nodding at his tilted head she idly sipped at her drink, her eyes not leaving him. What was his plan next she wondered the smirk never leaving her youthful features.

She chuckled under her breath as he pulled out a weapon of some sort, an assault rifle if she guessed. She frowned slightly, she was a killer but looked down on others who refused to kill with their own hands, basically anyone who used guns, hand held weapons like the needles were fine though. Okay now this was boring her slightly.

Putting down her drink she put a hand to the bar, hoisting herself over it easily and standing behind the bar. Bullets wouldn't kill her but they would injure her, their were only a few old ways on how to kill a demon, and being a half demon meant that she could be injured by mortal weapons. Sighing she rolled her eyes and as the man shot at her she would duck behind the bar, casting a minor shield over herself with a flick of her wrist. It was only minor, she didn't want to use to much of her powers and weaken herself, something told her this boy wasn't up for games… Pity that, she might have to end this sooner then she thought.

Finding that it was no use to waste bullets shooting at a bar, he lowered the firearm, swinging it around onto his back before stalking into the bar.

He knew where she was and decided that hand to hand combat would be a better option for a close up. It would also give him the opportunity to make up for not using it in so long. Using guns had made everything quicker and at ease, most found it hard to escape from, but she hadn't. Maybe she thought this would be a simple game, but he'd assure her that it wouldn't be.

His steps were silent as crouched down on the other side of the counter, sliding his way around to approach her.

She listened carefully, impressed a bit by his stealth, she could barely hear him but she knew he was near. As he crept around she suddenly lurched towards him in a flash, attempting to tackle him to the ground, sitting atop his chest, her knees would be on his arms preventing him from using them and she would have a hand on his throat, though not enough to restrict his breathing. Chuckling she tapped his forehead with her free hand, she was stronger then a human but she would be very impressed if he could get out of this hold. "Before I decide if you live or die, mind telling me why you killed my favourite bartender" her voice was like honey with a very real malice behind it, but she seemed amused enough.

His eyes widened briefly beneath his mask before as he realized he was pinned, though not completely, under her. Never once had he been taken down, needless to say of someone of her gender. He couldn't deny that she was quite the target.. or nuisance rather.

Her grip on his neck was firm, but not all too tight. This only meant she really wanted an answer to her pathetically rhetorical question. Ulysses wasn't the one to socialize, wasn't required for his job unless he needed information. Not that he was sworn to silence, but he'd much probably prefer it due to his well-bred baritone voice being distracting.

It didn't take anymore than four seconds after her questions to bring his free knees up under the pits of her arms, pushing her weight forward, and hooking his knees over her shoulders. With that he, using the strength of his legs, brought her to the ground. He had quickly switched their positions to where he then sat on her chest. With one hand he made sure to pin her smaller ones above her head and used his free hand to reach for his blade that was imbedded in his belt.

It'd been a while since he last enjoyed his job. Truly, it was thanks to her for making it a bit daring for him. Maybe, once he pulls out his final tool, he'd grant her with some words.
