"Okay," Aaron put his hands up in mock defense. "Okay, so you did it. That doesn't mean your social skills aren't a bit rusty." He took a bite of his food and downed his beer. "You know, now that I think about it, where did you grow up. I realize I know nothing about you." He paused,"I know, you didn't really want to talk about it before, but if we're going I be traveling together, Im interested in this special lady friend of yours." He nudged him gently and winked before getting back to his food.
Aaron wasnt sure if he even wanted to talk about it. He supposed he could be considered a hypocrite, considering he didn't really want to talk about himself either. He was just curious and he would prefer to know more about the man he would be traveling with for the next who knows how long. The air around the both of them got slightly tense for about a half of a moment, but the air quickly dissipated and was replaced by something less tense but still awkward.

Ahdeth paused as he was about to take a bite and slowly set his fork on his plate,"Fine...you have a point."he shifted a bit in his seat and looked down at his food as he tried to figure out where to start from,"I wasn't born like most. Literally. My creator is a highly skilled rogue that was actually was able to create clones. I am one of his clones. He gave me a face and I chose my personality. I was a real human being by that point. My creator who was an elf actually had a mate, well not technically. She was beautiful, we both loved her and she loved the both of us. We ran into a bit of trouble and they decided to stay hidden. I on the other hand wanted to see the world. So...that's why I travel..."he simply shrugged and his shoulders slumped,"It's almost relieving to have finally told someone..."he mumbled and sighed.
Aaron listened intently, nodding when he had finished. He didn't really know what to say, not actually sure what he had been expecting. He continued to eat, savoring the salty sweet taste. "So, they're still out there then? Do you think you'll ever go back to them? Or will you stay on the road forever?" He asked the questions slowly as he thought of them, even more curious about this man then he had been. "And, another thing, it's not that I don't believe you, but, what sort of technology could possibly crate another human being. It just seems, a bit too impossible for words. Was your creator an alchemist of some sort?" He paused, wondering if he asked too much. Thankfully for him, Ahdeth didn't seem to perturbed.
Ahdeth chuckled at his question and looked over at him,"I honestly don't know...magic, alchemy...it could be anything. That's why he's a master of the shadows. He himself didn't even need to go on the mission since his clones were well trained."he paused a bit,"I think I may return to them, but only when i've had my fill or I cannot find my own life."He shrugged and began to eat again.
"Now, i've told you my past. I think I deserve a bit or yours."he smiled at him as he used a napkin to wipe some sauce from his mouth. Aaron was, odd and he wanted to know what sort of past could make him a thief with such a light personality. It just seemed odd to him.

"Really, I'm not that interesting." He chuckled but saw the flat out glare he was given,"But if you insist." He tried to think of where to begin, trying to dig up memories he hasn't thought about in a long time,"Well, I suppose you could say, Once upon at time there was a quaint little house in a small village not to far from here. Just across the border it was, and that's where I lived with my wife Emma and my daughter Annie. To make a long story short, a small pack of orcs came and burned the whole village to the ground. I managed to escape with Annie, but my wife had been caught inside. I tried to help her but the support beam had fallen and I couldn't lift it. Her body hadn't been found afterwards, but, not much actually had been. The village was pushed into elven territory, where I attempted to find any possible means of work. But it didn't exactly go well. I honestly had no idea elves still hated us that much."
He paused to take a breath,"Eventually I ended up giving Annie to a cousin of mine. But it's likely she's no longer there. She should be off and married by now, she should be of age...I think." He shrugged,"I really am just an average man to be perfectly honest."

Ahdeth listened curiously, leaning on his hand as he kept his eyes on Aaron's face. He blinked as he spoke and sat up a bit, frowning,"I'm sorry to have brought it up. I can't imagine what that must have felt like. Orc's really are troublesome creatures sometimes..."he sighed and patted his shoulder, feeling a bit awkward as he did it,"If you were able to talk me into taking you on my journey's then are no ordinary man."he smiled.
He motioned for the lovely waitress with a smile,"Could I get another round of beers love?"he winked and handed her the two empty mugs. She simply grinned and took the mugs, running off to get them more beer. Ahdeth looked over at him with a smirk.

The smirk returned to his face as he looked back at Ahdeth, leaning on his hand. He raised his eyebrows and winked. Taking a sip of his new beer once it was delivered he gently nudged his partner in the ribs. "I would like to believe that it was my overpowering sex appeal that convinced you to bring me along on your travels." He ran his hand through his hair,"I mean, just look at me." A small chuckle escaped his lips. He stood, leaving his plate,"Are you planning on staying, because I'll meet you back at the inn if you want to get....physical."
Ahdeth watched him, smirk plastered into his face and he just couldn't get rid of it. He wasn't sure how Aaron was taking it but the last thing he said made him blink and his smirk quickly went away,"Physical?"he blinked and looked down at the table before he slowly blushed, mumbling to himself before he stood,"I'll think about it."he winked and grabbed his swords, placing a few gold coins he had in his pockets,"Have you ever been with a man?"he asked as he gathered his swords.
Aaron looked confused for a moment but then realization dawned on him,"Oh...no, no no no. I meant with her." He scratched the back of his neck,"um, well, I..." He whistled, his face slowly turning a light shade of pink. "Should we go?" He didn't really wait for the other to answer before turning and leaving simply hoping the other would follow behind. He didn't say anything as he continued to walk down the street, going the opposite direction of the inn, still wanting to walk. It was also thought best if they waited to go back so they could forget everything and get rid of the blood flowing in both of their faces.
His eyes widened and his face became red rather quickly,"I-i'm sorry I took it the..."he trailed off and turned his head to the ground, following a few feet behind him as they walked. He mentally cursed at himself and rubbed the back of his neck. Of course he was referring to the girl! Where was his mind at right now? He usually never thought of things like that. This guy, was getting past his barriers and it was beginning to make him feel uncomfortable. He took a deep breath quietly and looked up, continuing to follow him as they walked past the path to the inn. He glanced at it and shifted the straps of his sword holster.
It seemed like only minutes before his heart stopped racing. He never liked awkward situations, they always made him nervous. He turned to walk backward a large giddy smile on his face,"So, do you want to keep exploring, it gets dangerous at night." He bowed,"But as your servant I will vow to protect you," he took his hand and gently kissed his knuckles,"m'lady." He laughed at the face Ahdeth made that was a mix of anger and embarrassment and, well, something he couldn't quite put his finger on. It was almost like caution, like Aaron was dangerous. He swallowed a nervous limp in his throat, he couldn't lose someone this fast. Straitening up, he fixed himself before taking on a serious look and walking beside instead of in front of Ahdeth.
Ahdeth's eyebrow twitched in annoyance and pulled his hands away, looking to the side. His eyes held uncertainty and he almost seemed to be fighting his barriers he had hastily put up. He continued walking and stopped to look around as he heard something. He grabbed Aaron as soon as he heard heavy footsteps and pulled him into the shadows. He placed a hand over his mouth before he could say anything and held him close as he cautiously waited for whoever was walking to be seen. He was always cautious at night even though he had the upper hand.
Aaron jumped when he was suddenly grabbed, a hand put over his mouth. He looked up to find himself pressed up against Ahdeth. He gently pried the hand off his mouth, his voice barely a whisper,"You can let me go, I don't exactly need protecting." He practically shoved off his partner, slapping away his hand. "For someone who didn't like my contact you are awful touchy.." He straightened his vest before cracking his neck. Walking back onto the street he turned again to walk backwards. "Well, there's nothing in the immediate area. So, you coming?"
He just ignored him once he pulled away and walked past him. He heard multiple heavy footsteps walking but it almost seemed to be coming from multiple directions. A gang perhaps. His eyes twitched and he looked up towards the rooftops before he looked down the streets again. He let out a sigh and began to just walk down a random street they were near and glanced back at Aaron,"I heard something...something big."he said in response then went silent as he continued to walk. He almost felt eager to use his swords, needing it to clear his mind so he can forget the odd feelings towards Aaron.
Aaron rolled his eyes,"oh come on.." He jogged to catch up and ended up walking side by side with Ahdeth,"You really want a fight don't you. I didn't hear anything, why are you so insistent!?" He had to practically jog to keep up. He didn't understand the stern look on his face, like he needed to do this. Ahdeth just went looking for trouble didn't he. It would be best to be quiet then, Aaron thought, if he really did hear something, it would be best for it not to come their way. He took a deep breath, getting that rush of adrenaline as the side street got to an end and a noise was heard behind them. This time Aaron heard it too, and a another giddy grin split across his face.
Ahdeth stopped once he heard the noise and sighed, almost out of relief. He rolled his eyes as he noticed the grin on Aaron's face,"Well...think i'm just hearing things now?"he said in an annoyed tone and pulled one of his swords from it's sheath,"I believe it's a group of Orc's."he shrugged and waited impatiently for them to show up.
After a few minutes of listening to the heavy footsteps slowly become louder it could be heard coming from each of the thin alley's. A grunt could be heard and 2-3 orc's came from each side. Ahdeth simply sighed. The orc's grinned,"Rich boy eh?"one grunted and took a step closer to them. A few of the other orc's moving behind them.

Once the orcs moved into view Aaron took a fighting stance,"I have been waiting for a day like this for a long time," he muttered mostly to himself. That feeling of adrenaline quickly took over his entire body, giving him a crazed look in his eyes. "Well come on then, don't be cowards." One stepped forward, clearly the leader, and practically hissed at him. Aaron only laughed, cracking his knuckles. He was ready for this fight. He had been ready for years, but had never got the chance. Orcs would be the death of him, but not until he defeated a few before he left. "Well come on!" He almost had to scream, the anticipation ripping him apart.
Ahdeth stood back to back with Aaron and pulled out his second, a looked of excitement and annoyance clear on his face as he took fighting stance,"Aaron, can you handle the guys before you? I'll cover your back. Oh...and I know this is pointless to say but...don't go easy on them".he smirked and flicked his wrist, the orc to the left of him went flying into the alley. He stared at the other two orcs and they seemed to falter but quickly charge him with there own measly swords.
An Orc charged right at him after Ahdeth flung one into the alley. He quickly sent a punch to the ribs, elbowing him in the face. It quickly sent the Orc to the ground and when he tried to get up, Aaron quickly kicked him back down. Another Orc came from the side, brandishing a knife, and Aaron had to think fast to move away. It was only a slight cut, but it also caused an opening. He sent his fist down on the inside of his elbow, sending the knife flying. Kneeing the Orc he quickly grabbed the knife and sent it straight into the heart.
He looked over at Ahdeth, who was doing the same thing as Aaron. The both of them had a generally easy time, Aaron with the new knife and Ahdeth with his swords. It was over in less then a moment, all of them dead. "Well that was weird, wasnt it?" He mused aloud as he looked at the scattered bodies.

Ahdeth slipped his swords back into their sheaths then began to toss the bodies into the alley. He wiped a bit of blood on his hand onto one of the shirts of the passed out orcs. He looked over at Aaron,"Let's get back to the inn. I'm sure someone is going to stop by soon."he turned and began to walk back the way they came.
Once they got back to the inn he slipped off his swords and pulled off his shirt, flopping onto the bed,"Today was sort of fun I guess..."he mumbled and sat up to pull his boots off, setting them to the side of the bed. The tension cleared and he was ale to relax, deciding not to bring earlier up.
