The click of heels on the bright white floors echoed as a young woman walked down the bright white hallway to the isolated chamber below. She had long black hair and a doctors uniform on, a gun holster visible on her waist and a dagger at her shin. "Why do I have to give number 1 its medicine?" she mumbled to herself as she put her thumb on the print system mounted on the wall beside the steel doors. "Mary Rose." a robotic voice filtered through the speakers located above the door as it opened and a light layer of fog filtered out of the room beyond. Mary put her thumb up to the people at the bulletproof glass to signal that they could be on alert now, Number 1 was the most unpredictable.
Bright light awoke Lea, Mary was bringing her medicine again. Lea smiled as she lifted her head, her hair falling into place at her shoulders revealing her face. "Hey Mary." Lea said giggling as Mary stuck Lea with a needle that was supposed to tranquilize her. Lea slumped a little in her shackles to fool the young doctor and laughed to herself silently, waiting for her prey to unleash her. "Ok Lea, you won't feel a thing." Mary said as she unshackled Lea's right wrist and got ready to put a needle in Lea's wrist. Instead Lea used all of her strength and grabbed Mary's throat, crushing her windpipe in seconds. "You won't feel a thing Mary." Lea said before spitting on the young woman's face and getting the keys from her hand while the men panicked. "Say please." Lea smiled as she glanced up a the box and all the men froze, scared to death. They all knew Lea had been experimented on allot, and the director had given her "special powers" that were very deadly. The men fell to the ground dead, one falling on the release button, opening the steel doors at the end of the room. "Thanks allot." Lea stopped smiling and walked calmly out the door, her ripped and bloody clothes riffling slightly. Her wrists were bloody and her left wrist was broken from the silver shackles, dripping blood on the white floors. Lea walked over to one of the many windows lining the hallway and punched her good wrist through it, breaking the glass. Lea quickly jumped through the glass, into the dark and beautiful ocean below.
Lea reached the shore within an hour, the island and the lab hadn't been that far out but she was weakened from the dead mundanes. She used the last of her energy to morph into her almost human form, except for her golden eyes, and laid on the beach bloody, tired, and broken, hoping for someone to come around to help her. When have I become so pathetic? she asked herself before she fell unconscious.

The first thing she'd notice when she awoke was the rather unmistakable scent, to her at least, of werewolf, only one, but it was still present.
El was sitting on his knees with Lea's head in his lap and he was lightly stroking her hair. All the silver had been washed from her body and now the male was just trying to comfort her.

Lea awoke several hours later to the strange sensation of her hair being stroked. Immediately, her senses kicked in and she shot to her feet, every muscle in her body aching from the escape and the swim. "Who are you?" Lea snarled, swaying on the spot as she tried to back away only to trip backwards and fall on her butt.
"Calm down, I'm a friend," El said calmly. Lea's outburst had startled him but that's it. He wasn't particularly bothered by it. "I washed all the silver off of you that I could."
Lea looked down at her rapidly healing wrists and glanced back up at the boy. "Why did you help me?" she asked. Most werewolves would leave a fallen were-girl where they found her and not bother, they thought girls were weak. She knew the boy was a werewolf from the second she awoke but didn't know if he was another experiment or a lone wolf. She glanced down at her town clothes, hanging on by a thread, all bloody and dirty. Lea's head hurt from the silver powder used to weaken her, not enough to kill just weaken, and she was still a little tired from the swimming.
"Why wouldn't I?" he smiled at her and stood, brushing his black hair out of his eyes with one hand.
"'Cause most male werewolves think female ones are weak and stupid. Well we aren't." Lea said shooting him a look that said she was considering killing him. "I don't need help from anyone, nor do I need it." She added taking a waterproof box out of her soaked bag and getting bandages out of it. She wrapped the bandages around her injured leg and left arm, being careful not to do them too tight or too lose.
"Alrighty then," he shrugged. El was a very laid back guy, and if she didn't want him there, so be it. "Good luck with whatever," he said with a smile, shoved his hands in his pockets and started walking away.
Lea smiled at her success of getting the male wolf away and sat on a nearby rock, examining her torn and blood stained dress. "What am I going to do?" she asked herself as her stomach growled and she giggled. "Time for the hunt." Lea whispered taking her backpack off and getting a water bottle out.
When she didn't call him back, El quickened his pace to a normal walk and disappeared into the trees. He stayed in the area, and he certainly Had made no attempt to hide his scent, so if she needed him for some reason, he'd be easy to find.
Lea laughed again as her stomached growled a final time and gave way to horrible cramps. She bit her lip deciding on what to do when she still sensed the male wolf nearby. Swallowing up her pride, she called out to him in a calm voice. "Do you know where I can get some food.?" she asked hanging her head in shame for asking a male for help.
He came out of the trees in his feral wolf form, tail wagging and ears perked up, "Ayup~" he barked cheerily, "Follow me."
Lea morphed into her feral wolf form, A beautiful white mane and elegant moves. She was about 5'2" at her shoulders and about 100 pounds. Lea growled a little to show she didn't need to be treated special and followed the boy/wolf into the forest surrounding the beach.
El was only a couple inches shorter than Lea, but considerably heavier. His body was longer than hers and the muscle was very defined through his fur.
The jet black, white speckled wolf just wagged his tail, dismissing her growl. He didn't really care that much. He was a lone wolf and saw no reason she couldn't be. He trotted forwards through the trees for about an hour until the came upon a small town that looked like it was stuck in the 1920s. The roads were mostly dirt, with the more main ones being paved and the cars were all round in the front and trailed off in the back. The people were more modern, wearing normal clothes and such, but everything about the town itself seemed antique. Even the signs for common, popular stores had rustic, neon feel to it. El changed back into a human just at the edge of the woods, clothes and all, then smiled pleasantly towards Lea, "There's a really good diner here."

Lea nodded and changed back into her almost-human form, her red ears poking out of her skull and golden eyes shining brightly. "Is there raw meat there?" she asked. Lea always loved raw meat, even in her full human form.
(I'm so sorry! I thought I was waiting for you I never saw these on the front page )
"sure, of you ask. Also, you may wanna get rid of the ears for a bit... Keep the eyes though. They're very pretty," he complimented honestly.

Lea scratched her ears and looked at him. "Whats wrong with my ears?" she asked, her ears twitching at every little sound. She was used to quiet environments and the noise hurt her ears a little.
"Well first off, I can tell they're hurting you and human ears are less sensitive. Second, people don't exactly like seeing humans that have animal parts. I think they're cute, but that's because I'm a werewolf too."
"Fine." Lea mumbled morphing into her almost-human with yellow eyes form. "Better?" she asked tucking a stray hair behind her mortal ear. Her ears flt much better now, but she couldn't detect people from a mile away in this state. "Lets go then." she said heading towards the diner.
He nodded and led her into the town and towards the diner.
"It's hard to make you smile isn't it?" he asked with a slight sigh.
