"Why were you at the beach when I woke up?" She asked, the kinder side of her coming through with every second. Lea needed to know, if he was just walking or lived close by it would be acceptable. If he was following her from the lab, she was going to kill him, fellow werewolf or not.
"I was out on a walk. I smelled another werewolf and decided to help. Why shouldn't I?" he said with a shrug, "Besides, you're very pretty. I would have helped you even if you weren't like me."
"As I said before, Most male wolves think the females are weaker then they are. So they don't bother helping us." Lea said disregarding the second part about him thinking she was pretty. She heard that allot from the doctors and rich visitors. Their food had finally arrived and the waitress set their food in front of them. Lea waited until she was gone then ripped a piece of the burger, throwing it into her mouth and chewing. "This is good!" She said picking the whole burger up and biting it.
"You should try it cooked," he grinned as he took a bite of his, "I have no prejudice against females. And even if you were, I help the weak, I don't shun them or disregard them."
"I prefer raw." Lea said with her mouth full, the mixed juice and blood of the burger slowly dripping down her chin. "You say that now, but what about in battle where you can either save yourself or a female." Lea managed to say through all the food in her mouth.
"You say that like all females are weak. You've made it pretty obvious that you're strong," he smiled, "And I would put my life on the line for anyone who can't defend themselves."
