Vector sat alone under a burned tree. His clothes covered in soot and ashes. He held a picture in his hands of what looked to be a picture if his family. He leebed against the tree feeling its rugged bark against his shirt. He started to sing a melody, his voice a bit rusty but not to bad. "I won't give up, on us, even if the skies have rough." A tear rolled down his cheek cleaning the ash off of his face as it traveled down it's path. He wiped it away with his thumb. Vector placed his hand in what used to be lush grass but has turned into black mush. Vector looked up at the sky, the smoke covered the sun and clouds. He shook his head in disbelief. All this in just a matter of years. He smiled at the thought of what it used to be, peaceful.

Black skies and destroyed building marked the end of the battle. The beautiful aspects of the city were now puddles of molten silver, gold, bronze, and metal on the ground. Lea carefully avoided the silver puddles as she made her way to the edge of town, her leg burnt up pretty bad from silver flecks that lodged itself into her flesh. He gasped in pain as a metal bar flew through the air and hit Lea in the back of the head from the force of an explosion nearby. She fell to the charcoaled ground with a crunch as rubble and ash formed around her, burying her alive.

Vector noticed the girl walking then get hit. He immediately stood up and sprinted toward the girl. He screamed in pain from the multiple bullet wounds he had from battle, he grabbed his rib cage with one hand and slung the girl over his shoulder with the other. He grunted in pain each step up the hill. He laid her down against the tree and pulled a canteen from his belt and slowly had her drink it. He searched for the medic kit in his backpack that was next to him. He found it and immediately pulled out pain pills and gauze wrap. He wrapped the gauze around her head and tried to wake her up for the pain pills. He clapped a few times but to no avail. "Aha!" He reached in his bag for smelling salts and waves it around the girls nose.

Lea coughed and shoved the smelling salt away from her nose. "Whatsgonigon?" she mumbled as she tried to sit up from the tree, pain shooting through her skull. "GAH." she screamed holding her head and curling into a ball. "It hurts so much!" she cried, tears coming from her eyes, washing away some of the blood and ash on her face.
